Title: Best information for trimming down
Review: I love the recipes in this book so much I started on Sunday this is Wednesday and I did weigh myself today because I knew had I can feel a difference I lost 9 pounds in 4 days. This is a far better way than Weight watchers I had been on that twice I ordered the cookbook also I intend to fit these recipes in for the rest of my life even if I do not stick with the diet very happy thank you so much. I love these recipes easy to make and delicious not found of some fish recipes but everything else is really really good.

Title: Its all Good.
Review: I really think its worth 5.5 stars its a good book and yes you can eat good tasty food on her Bone Broth eating plan, personally, I worry about eating too much of all her good stuff. Lucky for me I'm an extremely lazy cook mini and micro fasts are very nice for lazy cooks like me. Her non-cooking items are just as great love all her shakes and coolers!

Review: Her bone broth diet is awesome. My husband and I decided to give it a try. He was using insulin shots and high blood pressure medicine and had to use a sleeping machine for his snoring every night. He lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks and after having tests done at the doctor, he no longer has to use any of the above. I don't have to use Invokana for my diabetes anymore or take any blood pressure medicine. I only lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, but I cheat on the diet. We found that it really helps with the tummy fat and our wrinkles seem to be going away. Our bones aren't as achey as they use to be either. I am 67 years old and my husband is 65 years old. It has made us more aware of what we eat now. The diet is really easy to do, you just have to eat nature foods and do away with sugar. (Believe me...that's been really hard for me, but I can see the results in our over all health.) Our family doctor even ordered her books because she is so impressed with how it has helped us. It has a meat diet plan, a poultry diet plan and even a vegetarian diet plan. I can't say enough great things about the Dr. Kellyann's diet plan and her cookbook.

Title: Kellyann Petrucci is brilliant
Review: Iâve been a critical care nurse for 30 years and this is the first way of eating that really is brilliant. For example, I have switched cane sugar to coconut sugar in recipes and I have lost weight. I love to eat. You donât have to eat less..you have to cut out some foods we grew up onâ¦like soy, corn, wheat flour, cane sugar and oils like canola oil. I use coconut flour, coconut sugar & coconut oil in recipes instead of wheat flour, cane sugar & butter and feeling better already. Her book is a very educational must read.

Review: Although initially a bit squeamish about the Bone Broth Diet and doubtful that we could find a butcher - I've got over my squeamishness because the broth is so nutritionally satisfying that it satisfies you and you don't need to eat anything else (I've been having it for my evening meal). I've lost about 2.5kg and I had a break of a week (sticking to no wheat/sugar and small portions) and I'm about to start another 21 day bone broth episode. We did find a good butcher near an abattoir and we can get a portion of bones including a trotter for £3. Ribs take it up a couple of pounds but that is still good as a main meal for two people. BTW ladies you loose weight from the places you want to loose weight from - i.e: my bust size has remained the same.
