Title: Love the music!
Review: Good "old" music that is easy to play. Brings back lots of memories from high school days. The music is a little harder for me to read - as I'm not a very accomplished musician.

Review: seems okay, the arrangements are playable...but something is really missing. It really shows what a fabulous vocalist Karen Carpenter was....just playing the songs is not enough, i guess. But it is nice to have this collection. My favorite is "sing," which is from Sesame Street....

Title: Nice selection, but..
Review: The book is too thick to stay open, so i use clothes pins to keep it open. The arrangements are at the beginner - easy level. The print is large so there's about 3 lines of music on each page making a song have 4+ pages to turn which makes it hard when the book won't stay open. I've stretched out the back of the book - and still unable to stay open. So now I've copied pages from the song and am now just putting all the individual pages on the piano to play. In the future will stay away from music books and look for sheet music or books with a spiral backing. I had the book re-bound at the ups store for $10 and it stays open now.

Review: I've taught myself how to play the piano and this book has simplified these classics enough that they are easily recognisable when listened to but not too hard for the beginner. I really enjoy playing many of these songs and they've helped my fluency and pace.
