Title: WOAH.
Review: I have twins, 4 months old, been struggling to keep up with them, classic âjust enougherâ. Now Iâm not saying this product can make me produce enough SOLELY on this product alone but in combination with chugging electrolytes (LMNT or Body armor powder), and power pumping, it does work! I have been taking many other products from this brand, and I think for every woman itâs different. Iâve had the BEST success with this brandâs sunflower lecithin (taking it helps that fat come out) and Lactivist. Iâve been taking liquid gold and do not see a difference. Hands down this product definitely helps make all the chugging and hours spent feeding on demand worth it, because the results are noticeable a lot faster. I have to pump every hour to get almost enough for my twins.

Title: Absolutely works!!
Review: This stuff is amazing truly! Literally works OVERNIGHT! I have been able to pump a couple more oz than I use to! It definitely doesnât taste the best but just mix it with your favorite drink and it makes it tolerable. But itâs definitely worth the money and it works absolute wonders!So so happy with what Iâve been able to pump while using this miracle liquid!

Title: Two words: It Works !!!!
Review: This product works within 12 hours my supply doubled! Of course, with the proper pumping techniques and breast-feeding techniques! It is very true that breast-feeding help stimulate more milk, production, more than popping well, but the perfect combination with those two and the supplement drastically improve my supply within 12 hours!I will be honest the taste is not great. Iâm looking for any possible solution. I wouldâve squeezed my nose if I had to.What I will say, is Iâve taste tested this supplement is various type of drinks with a range of flavors choices. The various drinks: Coconut water, regular water, coconut milk, regular milk, almond milk, oat milk, flavored water, hot tea, orange juice, apple juice ( believe it or not).With all of these types of drinks, the result was the same. I could not taste this supplement is any drink. The only time I could is if I directly place the 1 mL in my mouth.My personal favorite combination was coconut milk ( Vanilla) with the ratio of 1 ML per 8 ounces as per instructions on the bottle without exceeding 3 or 4 times a day.I definitely would recommend purchasing over the pill form first just because it will be absorbed faster and work faster than I feel the pill form would

Review: I started using this after I saw a supply dip with mirena. I was afraid this would taste awful but in all honesty itâs not that bad! It didnât give my baby any gas and I did see an improvement in my supply.

Title: What is this stuff?
Review: Ugh, I'm so bummed I bought this stuff. I was in a pinch for time and I ordered this lactivist version of torbangun since it was on Prime. I've tried the torbangun on Etsy by Milkcrafters (has glycerin like this stuff) and Boob Food Too by Elk Haven Herbals (doesn't have glycerin but requires refrigeration), both were great and had a mild minty flavor and light lime green color. This stuff is none of those things. It's brown and tastes like molasses. Why is it brown? The plant is green. Is it rotten? Are they using a dried version of the plant? I understand if that's the case but I have a friend that makes herbal tinctures and the plant should be dried when fresh and still be green! I instantly noticed a drop off in supply too, I honestly don't even know if this is torbangun, which makes sense as all of their ads just seem computer generated. I'd suggest making sure whoever you're buying this stuff from has a picture of the real plant along with it. Stay strong mamas.

Title: Saw increase in a few days
Review: Iâm not one to leave a product review but as a first time mom who is exclusively pumping, Iâve already experienced not being able to produce enough milk for my daughter. In the few times weâve supplemented with formula, we were left with an extremely gassy and constipated newborn, so it was really important to me that I could give her breastmilk. I was an oversupplier when she was first born, then my supply drastically dipped when she was contact napping for days on end and was unable to pump consistently. I luckily had a freezer stash to lean on, so I was never really concerned about not being able to feed her. I recently lost my entire freezer stash and was scrambling to make more. I was a âjust enougherâ at that point, only producing about 75mL per pump, which is what she was drinking at each feed. I was power-pumping in the AM and PM, and pumping everything 2-3 hours round the clock in an attempt to increase my supply, but wasnât seeing any results. I received this product on a Sunday, and by this morning, just four days later, I just got out 6.5oz in a power pumping session, which is about 2oz more than I was usually getting. I want to add, towards the end of my normal power pumping sessions, I was normally bone dry and there was nothing coming out. But today, it was difficult for me to want to turn my pump off because the milk was still flowing by the end of the hour. I also combined this product with their sunflower lectin, because I never felt like I was fully emptying, and had been experiencing clogs. My daughter goes to daycare in about 6 weeks and I feel confident Iâll be able to have a freezer stash by then thanks to this product. Iâve tried other Legendary Milk products with no results, so Iâm really excited to see this one working so well for me.I donât mind the taste at all. Itâs sort of sweet. Even if it tasted bad, it would be a bad taste in my mouth in exchange for being able to feed my child. Itâs important that itâs taken under your tongue for max absorption, as thatâs how all tinctures should be taken. Iâve been holding mine under the tongue for about 10 seconds but realistically, tinctures should be held under the tongue for at least 30 seconds to a minute.
