Title: Amazing and delicious
Review: This yellow curry paste is delicious, extremely easy to use, and was packaged very well! Not only was the paste inside of a bag inside of the container, but the container was also inside of a bag. The paste was easy to use, full of flavor, delicious, and there is enough in the container for at least 5 total meals for my household.As the pictures show the paste has a listed 2 year shelf life, and is a product of Thailand. I will continue buying this brand, since my local market only had red and green in stock. We all loved it!

Title: Easy to make - tastes great
Review: I wanted to try a home curry paste, but was skeptical if I would like it. It's great!It's super easy... you heat it with some oil, add coconut milk, add your protein and potatoes/onions (whatever else you want, I like carrots and sometimes mushrooms) and simmer until they are tender. No pre-browning necessary. It think it actually tastes better if you let the items cook in the sauce so they pick up the flavor. It has a little bit of spice kick to it, which is perfect for my taste buds. The directions call for 50 grams of the paste to 1 cup coconut milk and some water, and they suggest you use 1/2 the amt. of paste if it's too strong for you. It blended with the coconut milk well. It's got a very rich, developed and strong (for me) flavor, stronger than the Thai place around the corner, and so I like to use 1 1/2 cups coconut milk and 1/2 a cup of water to the 50 grams. I also add just a touch of sweetener. If you like pumpkin curry, it's amazing with 1/2 a can of pureed pumpkin added too.

Review: I found a recipe that called for this to make Thai Yellow Curry Chicken. My curry paste arrived super quickly so I made the recipe tonight. It was great. Just a teeny bit spicy for me but I can't take much spice so this is really perfect.

Title: Overly Salty, But Good Flavor
Review: Yes, I realize that most Asian cuisines and condiments are super salty so Mae Ploy isn't an outlier. This is a criticism I can levy on them all. With an astonishingly large percentage of American with high blood pressure, having lower sodium options would be much appreciated. I cut back on the amount used and still enjoyed the flavor, but it was still too salty for me to fully enjoy.
