Why does water appear inside the product packaging?

Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.

Why won’t the machine charge?

Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.

Why can't the machine climb smooth walls?

Please Install the included floating kit in the machine for climbing on walls of any pool material.

Title: So easy to use and love the programming feature
Review: I was using the suction hose pulsing pool cleaner devices for several years and battled with them getting stuck, leaking hoses, inefficiency, and extra clean-up work, until I finally decided to go all out and get one that had a mind of its own. Wow. So easy to use, very efficient, and I don't have to stand around watching it and rescuing it like I had to with the old suction device. I charge this one up the night before, then drop it into the water in the morning and off it goes. It does a great job and doesn't miss a spot. You can see how much water it moves through the filters each time is stops and turns, rippling the surface of the water from 7 feet below. About two hours later I use the hook that it came with (attached to the old net pole) and pick it up out of the water. It drains quickly. The "leaf-bag" is easy to empty and shows me how much glop it picked up from the bottom. Nice unit, I would recommend it to my friends.

Title: Very Easy to use and works great.
Review: First time dropping it in the pool was this morning. Easy enough to install the app, the app is very basic but does let you change the default cleaning. I set it to just do the floor, and it ran, and everything was cleaned and to my Suprise it picked up about a handful of sand. Didn't even see it but it was there, and it picked it up. If you want something that is easy to change, setup and drop in this is for you. Way better than the Polaris random water driven vacuum we have had for years that just sits in the corner and has to be dealt with constantly.

Title: Non-existent website and app
Review: Received the product, and used the quick start guide to attempt to get it going. The QR code for downloading the app didn't work. Tried to go to the website, but the website would not load. Did an online search to find that the website is completely non-functioning. Went to the app store to try to find the app directly. Found it, only to have it no allow me to sign up or log in. Completely worthless. With all this, I never once put the machine in the water. Simply retured it and ordered a Dolphin E10. Hoping to have better luck. With the cost of the device, if I can't even get app or website to work, I have little faith in the acutal product. Most likely chinese junk.

Title: R2D2Squared
Review: Our last pool robot was $1200 and it died in it's third year. We decided with the price of this, we could buy one a year and still be ahead. This also does a better job, and doesn't have to be in proximity to electricity. Make sure you program it via the phone app before dropping it into the pool because it won't communicate through the water. We have a 28k gallon pool and this clean the leaves, etc. on a daily basis. Basket is easy to empty and holds quite a bit.

Title: Love this tool!
Review: For my 16 x 32 inground pool I always used robotic tools with a cord. This one will run for two full hours, clean the bottom of my pool and is much easier clean up with only one part to clean instead of several. Clean out, clean up and throw it back on the charger. I’ve only had it for a few months, but so far it’s been a great upgrade from having to plug-in cords. Love it!

Review: For those of us who own pools, a lot of time is spent keeping it clean. From opening as the summer season starts, to keeping it pristine, especially for when guests arrive, this battery powered robot does the job easily. It takes about 2 hours to do our pool and even stores itself next to the stairs so we can easily retrieve it when it's done.It does ship with a hook attachment that can go on your standard poles to retrieve it from deeper water. We tried messing with it's mind by interrupting it and moving it to another part of the pool, and it went back to where it was and continued cleaning. I don't know how it does this, but it works. It has a frunk (front trunk) where the cleaning basket resides. After a cleaning, you pull the robot out of the water, pop the frunk and take out the basket and dump the dirt in the garbage. Rinsing backwards with the hose makes it ready for the next run.We did have one small hiccup. Be sure to check the pool for toys before running the robot. On one of our cleaning runs, it sucked up a toy that jammed the dirt basket flap opened. When we pulled the robot out of the pool, all of the dirt fell out back into the water and we had to let it run a bit to suck up the mess. This cleaning bot makes it simple to keep your pool really clean without all the time spent in the heat getting a sunburn while you vacuum by hand. It can work in bad weather when you can't and stay on top of leaves and other detritus that gets into the water. We get 2-3 runs before we have to recharge the unit. Recharging takes around 3 hours. We just plug it in in-between runs and it's always ready to go.I was pleased to see that this unit comes with proper electrical certifications. UL and CSA as well as ETL (US and Canada) certifications.Recommended!

Review: More time swimming - less time cleaning and vacuuming! Out of the box it only needed about an hour to charge! Instructions fairly straight forward. I have to admit that I was somewhat skeptical about how well this would work but after placing it in the water it went straight to work! It climbed my vinyl liner walls effortlessly - that was pretty impressive! Then it cleaned the floor of the pool. It does come with a floatation kit if it does experience difficulty climbing pool walls but it worked perfect in my pool so I didn’t need to install the kit.At first I kept getting an App error. It occurred when I went to sign up for an account after downloading the free App (iPhone or Android ). It just kept giving me the message “unknown occurrence error.” I got annoyed and left it for a day and emailed WYBOT to report the error I was getting. The next day, I was able to register and start using the App. The App is amazing…lets you pick wall and floor or just floor or just wall. You can also select your pool shape and surface material. You can also set the wall pattern as “U” or “N” patterning, and the floor cleaning pattern too (star, U, or #) patterns. There’s much more customization using the App.The internal screen is very fine! I would say like a reusable coffee filter. The only thing I feel about it is you’ll want to take extra care to make sure your chemicals are balanced, especially ph and chlorine levels as I feel like the fine plastic mesh would easily become chemically attacked over time and become brittle or disintegrate and rip easily. You’ll also want to remove this as soon as it finishes to help prevent that. I do wish stainless steel meshing was used instead! That would be very helpful. This uses a rechargeable battery so keeping it out of the sun would be key! Also storage in a heated space would be a must over the winter and making sure it stays charged (for battery health). It does work well! I will admit! I think the screen might be the weakest part of its design but a small amount of spray-on furniture wax would greatly extend its service life! I’m not usually impressed by robotic gadgets and things but I have to admit this thing really works a lot better than sand filter “ladybug” or “shark” return hose cleaners that scurry across the floor of the pool! I’ve used those in the past and they are terrible compare to this. Highly recommend!

Review: Wow…this is a pretty impressive robot vacuum. I have a 30’ inground pool with a vinyl liner and up until now, I have been vacuuming it either manually with a pole and hose, or with a Kreepy Krauly. Both are cumbersome and time consuming to drag out the hose and connect everything up. Doing it manually is slow and takes time, and the Kreepy’s effectiveness was affected by the water return’s circulation (and it always got hung up on the metal ladder).Let me tell you, this robot vacuum is a game changer. Aside from making sure it’s charged, you just drop it in the pool and off it goes. You can see the intelligence that it uses to determine the path to take and how it handles obstacles. There’s an app where you can pre-set options like whether it does just the floor, just the walls, or both. There’s a large filter compartment for the stuff that it sucks up. Simply open it up and rinse it clean with a hose when finished. It climbed my pool walls with ease and when it reached the top it scrubbed the water line before sinking back down to resume its cleaning pattern. The suction is strong and I found that the filter’s fine mesh was very effective even with small particles of dirt.A hook is provided that you can attach to your pool pole that you use to pull the robot up and out of the water.I put it to the ultimate test and turned it loose when opening my pool. There were leaves, worms and algae and it did a great job. Yes, I had to empty the filter a couple of times and recharge the battery for a second round but the pool was in THE worst possible condition. It passed with flying colors.Summary:No doubt about it, this robot vacuum really does an impressive job. If there are any negatives, I haven't come across them. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but once you get one, you’ll see that it’s well worth every penny and you won’t regret it.I absolutely love it and give it a strong thumbs up.

Review: I'm a relatively new pool owner (2 years), but I was getting tired of manually vacuuming the debris and dirt at the bottom of my pool. It's tough to get out the big, heavy hose, attach it to the brush and pole, submerge it in the water to get the air out, plug it into the skimmer box hole, turn up the pump to max speed, then slowly run it across the bottom for 45 minutes. That's why I wanted to try the Wybot. This Wybot is my first pool robot vacuum so I have nothing to compare it to. I've run it a few times now, and every time, it has sucked up everything that was on the bottom. I'm not sure how it chooses a pattern but it seems to remember where it's been and doesn't backtrack. It takes a few hours to completely clean my pool. It can clean right up to the water line, which is very cool to watch as it climbs. But I'm more interested in cleaning only the bottom so I put that setting into the preferences in the Wybot mobile phone app and now it just does the bottom.Cleaning the basket is easy. You just open up the top of the Wybot, pull out the basket, and spray out the debris with water. My pool has a vinyl liner and the Wybot seems best for vinyl pools as the brushes are softer plastic, but the box contains some additional items to attach to the robot if you have a tile or concrete/gunite pool. These items will help it climb the walls. If the battery is empty, the charging time is about an hour. When finished, the robot parks itself at the side bottom of the pool. You pull the robot out of the pool with the included hook, which attaches to a regular pole. It's easy to pull it up through the water from the bottom, although it's a bit heavy when you do the final pull from the surface to the ground as the water needs to drain out from inside. After that, it's not too heavy.Overall, I'm very happy with it and it's saving me a lot of effort.

Customers say

Customers like the cleaning ability, functionality, and ease of use of the pool vacuum. They mention it cleans and scrubs the walls, bottom, and stairs. Some say it's worth the money and is satisfied with its looks. However, some customers have reported that the battery life doesn't last long on charge and they have issues with the app functionality. Customers disagree on the inclination.
