Title: convenient and works well enough if you know how to use it.
Review: This is not a stain remover. it is an extractor. This means it pulls off the stain or whatever you are trying to clean. In order for it to do that, you have to prep the area. This cannot be your one and only pass when trying to clean a pet stain or any stain that have been on your carpet for a while.First pick up or wipe off whatever left the stain. In my case it was my older cat who doesn't always make it to the litter box anymore. I had to clean up no2. First, I covered the area with kitty litter to dry it out and make it easier to pick up.After a while when the litter was clumped up, I removed the feces and then sprinklered some baking soda.Next vacuum the area, the more dirt and hair left on a carpet, the less efficient this, or any other extractor, will be.After Vacuuming pretreat the area with a spray or some sort of detergent. Then use a brush to loosen up the stain with the pretreated chemical still on it.Now you are ready to use this carpet cleaner. Hot water works best in my opinion.As for this cleaner, it is convenient compared to a full-sized carpet cleaner with an upholstery tool but at the same time after you are done there is quite a bit of work to clean out this cleaner. I would suggest cleaning it after every use so it is ready for next time also so it doesn't smell the next time you use it.My issues with this device are listed below, none of them are dealbreakers, in fact, in spite of these cons, I would still get this cleaner again and recommend it for its ease of setup and use.-the red brush attachment snapped the first time I tried to remove it and I was not able to use it. It doesn't latch on anymore and I only have the white attachment left to use.-I had residual litter on my carpet and that got stuck inside the attachment and in the filter inside the device. The filter is not removable, so I had to scrape it out. I guess a remedy for this would be more than one pass with a vacuum when prepping the area.-The instructions on how to remove the hand tool were not clear.-There is no good way to wrap up the hose when storing this cleaner. That is an issue because this is not something I use every day and as such it sits on a shelf with the hose dangling, and I am afraid one day I will put something on top of the hose, and it will get kinked.I still love this device because it is easy to pull off the shelf and clean up after my cat. With a bigger extractor I get lazy and keep delaying the cleanup. with this, even though cleaning this device afterwards is time consuming, I think it is better than having to clean those big rental extractors.

Title: Great portable spot treater
Review: What I most like about this deep cleaner is that it is portable and easy to use. It doesn't clean as "deeply" as my larger deep cleaner which has a heater for the water and solution. It is also only meant for spot cleaning rather than, say, cleaning a room. But this is easier to set up and carry, so this will be our new "go to" cleaner for spots and furniture. It works well, and I'm very pleased with how it cleans

Title: Been using Bissell products for years...and there's a good reason for it!
Review: These little deep cleaners are perfect for small spots and especially for cars! As long as you know how to use it, this thing is great. I always make sure to spray little bit of extra cleaner on the spots before I use this machine and it has yet to fail me. I will admit, the brush head on the extractor piece isn't the best option for scrubbing the stains, but it will get you by if you're persistent enough (I usually use a brush head on the end of my drill to really get down in there).Bissell is a trusted brand, and there's good reason for that! They make quality products so give this one a shot!

Title: Perfect for small areas
Review: With pets comes messes. This small portable cleaner works well on the smaller area spots that result from vomit or accidents. Cleaning the mess up and then using the extractor to remove any residual works very well. Easy to use. Good instruction. Easy clean up and storage.

Title: Powerful and Portable
Review: I’ve been using the little green max for a while now, and it’s a powerful, easy-to-use machine for tackling small pet messes. The suction is incredibly strong definitely one of its best features and it lifts stains with ease. The self-cleaning nozzle is a great upgrade, and the separate tanks for clean and dirty water make filling and emptying hassle-free. However, it runs out of water pretty quickly, so it's not ideal for larger areas or carpets. The tool heads are also a bit small, so it takes longer to clean larger spots. But for smaller jobs, it’s a total win. Highly recommend this affordable and efficient little machine.

Title: Good product from a brand I trust
Review: We already have an upright wet carpet cleaner but this cleaner works great when you just need to do a spot from a pet accident or some other type of mess. Works pretty much the same way our upright does but is just smaller and more convenient for the smaller jobs.Also works great on our cloth furniture. Of course you need to know if the cleaner you are using is safe for your furniture. Speaking of cleaner this does come with an 8 oz bottle of cleaner. The whole bottle will fit in the cleaning solution tank on the unit. If you just want to wet clean something without using the cleaner there is a switch to turn off the cleaning solution tank so the unit just dispenses water.I like that both the hose and the cord store nicely on the unit. If you have a pet that occasionally makes a mess this device is super handy to have.

Title: Works TOO Well
Review: I LOVE this thing, but man does Bissell know how to make me feel like a dirty human. Dumping out the dirty tank was so gross. I don't know where all that dirt came from on my couch, but I definitely didn't know it was there. I'm glad my couch is so clean now, though.

Title: Good little Green Machine
Review: This cool little handy machine has been a great help to me and all the darn messes I clean up on the daily. I have numerous cats being a foster mom and 1 Pitbull who, yes, loves cats. I usually have to stop her from eating whatever the cats may expel. I love the small size of the machine and the suction power is really good. I love watching the water flowing through the nozzle and sucking up the gunk going in to the dirty side. I usually spot treat whatever interesting things I find with a solution I have found that any pet owner cannot be without. It is amazing stuff and I have tried EVERYTHING. So after that works its way into the carpet I come in with this little guy and finish off the mess. Bam! Perfect carpet once again!! Super easy to clean the machine itself when I am all done. I have not tried it anywhere else other than carpet as I have leather couches. But for my needs, it’s been a great help. Easily tucks into my coat closet for storage! Happy Girl!
