Title: My Fall Girl Heart is so Happy!
Review: This soup cookbook is incredible. I do not have a lot of experience cooking, and I love that the author adds in tips and tricks to help you get there. For instance, she explained how to soften butternut squash before you try and cut it before the over- such a game changer. Little things like that are spread throughout the book. The directions are straightforward. I love the beautiful pictures which give such great ideas of how to present and serve the soup. So far my family has loved all the recipes. There’s nothing better than a cozy bowl of soup, and this book is full of yummy recipes. I also gave this book as a gift to my grandma for Mother’s Day, and she loves it so much. 10/10!

Title: Simple Instructions, Delicious, and Nutritious!!
Review: Absolutely LOVE the soup I made from pg 151 “Creamy Pumpkin Soup with Brown Butter Gnocchi and Sage” I didnt want leftovers so I halfed it and used half and half for less heaviness instead of heavy cream. Let me tell you…. I am SO glad I didn’t skimp anything from this recipe. I usually “do my own thing” when I see a recipe, but all I did different was the half and half and garnished with almonds for a crunch. 🫣🤪 The actual soup is allll Erin. THANK you!!! I am just a Chili gal that is all I have perfected soup wise, but this is so delicious. And super easy. The recipes sound complicated at first, but Erin does great at simplicity. Don’t worry if the photos “look funky” or if the recipe sounds “too fancy” I am so excited to try all of these delicious and nutritious recipes. This soup book is the BEST investment I’ve ever made!!!

Title: Nice cookbook
Review: I just got this so I haven't had a chance to make any recipes. But the cookbook has photos of almost every recipe. I think only 5 or a tad more don't? And the recipes themselves look good. And ingredient lists are not complicated. I am pretty sure this will become the most used cookbook I own. Very glad I ordered this.

Title: Best soup cookbook I’ve ever owned
Review: I have reviewed Hundreds of cookbooks and I’m very selective about what I own. I have a top five I use as reference and this is one of them. I have made many of the soups in this book and they are memorable. Definitely worth the money.

Title: Really good soup cookbook
Review: This is a great soup cookbook. For many of the recipes, the author gives various options (vegan, crock pot, etc.) Very helpful!. And the time and space given to vegetable-only soups is fantastic. My only concern is an odd one: the smell coming off the pages is almost unbearable. I kept having to blow the "air" away from me as I read the recipes. Tried leaving the book standing open to kind of "off" the smell, but didn't really work. I would love to see this book reprinted with different paper or ink or whatever is causing that.

Review: My wife loves soups, and I wanted to find a cookbook with several different types of soups that are delicious. I am so happy with this purchase. She absolutely loves it, and we’ve already made two of the soups, and they were probably the best soups I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this to any soup lover.

Review: I am so excited for this cookbook! It's the perfect cookbook with all the things you want.I love how there are so many bright and colorful photos and detailed recipes with fun little personal stories, too. Everything looks fabulous.I have already made the "Anytime of Year Corn Chowder" and "Creamy Tomato" and my whole family loved both.I love how the author has lots of variations on how to make the soup vegetarian or for meat eaters since I have a wide variety of eaters.Just a beautiful cookbook and a great gift. Love it! Highly recommend.

Title: Thoughtful and well written
Review: I love this cookbook, I honestly feel like no matter what recipe you choose, you can't go wrong. So much time and effort has gone into each recipe and it shows. I also love reading her little stories and tidbits before each recipe, they are really cute glimpses into her life and her love for cooking.
