Title: I got these to practice soccer dribbling and free kicks
Review: I thought it would be cool to have something that resembles a human to try to dribble around. Setting up cones is also a way to do this but I thought having a visual barrier would provide a more game like scenario. I am still experimenting with the idea though. For now though I am back to just using cones since it's a little faster to set up and take down during a session.

Title: Working as designed.
Review: Purchased for HS varsity/JV team drills and practice. Worth it to get the heavier bags, although with smaller kids you can get the non-pro model. Thanks for another great product!

Title: Helpful for Club Soccer
Review: These work great to help during drills where I need to represent a static body. Two complaints. They are extremely difficult to close back up. I'm getting the hang of it, but there are several other designs that would have worked better. Second, they fall over with light breezes. We work around that, but a pain to have to pick up as often as I do. Slows down practices.

Title: 6th man! 🏀
Review: Been wanting these for some time for my basketball team.Pros.Super huge and made with quality material. Each defender includes a 5lb or so sandbag. If you’re using this indoors, no need for the added weight to hold them down, the defenders are heavy duty!If you’re using them outside, I’d say the same thing unless you have HIGH winds (I haven’t tested this) but can imagine strong winds blowing them over without the sandbags. I’m loving the size because it gives the a realistic opponent, where they need to work around, whether they have to dribble around or make a clean pass around.Only 1 con,, and it’s an easy FIX!The material to hold down the pop up is WAY too short! I just went to Michael’s and found an elastic extension to add to it.Other than that, the product is perfect for what I need. For basketball coaches, it’s an amazing tool.o

Title: Amazing!
Review: These blockers really elevated our flag football practice. It helped our offense learn how to get around a defender and run routes. Well worth it!

Title: This is a dud. Can't support it's own weight.
Review: I had really high hopes for using this in lacrosse practices. Immediately set them up in my living room to check out. So there is no wind.None of them can support their own weight. The springy material is too weak. You stand them straight up, sand bag centered in the bottom pouch area, and they just slowly lay over. For a "Pro" version the material feels durable but they need to double; preferably triple, the spring's tension.Other thought for people really needed this as an option. Get a set of the "Pro" (20in diameter) and the smaller orange ones (17in diameter). Put a 3-4lbs bag from the orange and 5lbs from the Pro in the bottom of the "Pro". Take the expanded orange blocker, flip it upside down and insert it into the "Pro" blocker. That way the spirals of the memory spring material run opposite and adds rigidity. Plus the 8lbs of bags make it less likely to topple over. That very well may make it an outside with light gusts friendly portable blocker option.

Title: Good quality training tools, but not effective with wind
Review: These blockers really open the door to more training drills. They are very easy to set up and include a weighted sandbag to keep them in place. They are a good height for U12 sports but may be a little short for older players, depending on what you are trying to do with them. The blockers hold up great with occasional contact and feel very durable and high quality. I don't have any problems at all when I use them indoors or outside with no wind. The pop-up blockers do not fare very well in medium winds. I had to use two sandbags in each blocker to keep them from sliding on the turf, and the wind would collapse one side when it would gust. Not a big problem, but they would not pop back up on their own after the gust would stop. I don't expect a pop-up to withstand heavy winds, but would like to see them pop back up on their own after the wind stops. It can cause several training stoppages.Overall a great quality product and is easily a 5-star blocker for training indoors or outdoors without any wind, however they do struggle with popping back up on their own if there is any wind.
