Review: These chairs are great! They are easy to carry on your back, even for children. Easy to set up, comfortable for sitting, and sturdy. Cup holder and adjustable back make a perfect day at the beach. Wooden arm rests are a nice touch, too.

Title: Very Classy!!!
Review: Boy, I was so excited at how NICE these chairs were!!! Very sturdy, great looking, had different pockets for phones, drinks, books. I was completely impressed!!!! These are the nicest chairs I have ever bought. I bought these for the beach when I decide to either go to the water or come out late at night to watch the sunset after the regular beach chairs have been put up. I have bought MANY chairs over the last 40 years and none come close to these!!!

Review: Yes. It is pricey but the amenities that come w/this chair are everything you need to go to the beach.It has multiple angles for sitting, leaning back and lying flat.It has a good size pouch to put cold items in.It has a neck rest.It has a small zippered case on the side to put your phone and attached to that is a bottle holder.Although I will mention that I take my own water bottle to the beach. It fits pretty snug and was just a little difficult to put back in the holder.And, it's light weight and has the backpack straps which is "everything"!!!

Title: The chair is well designed, but not ask comfortable/sturdy as I would have liked.
Review: The chair is definitely easy to open/close via the folding functionality that is very well thought-out. However, the first time I ordered the chair, one of the screws popped out right after I sat down. I'm not a small guy (around 220lbs), but it definitely should hold my weight no problem. Amazon did replace the chair free of charge, and the new one didn't break, but I can't help but feel it could fall apart if anybody sits down with any kind of force. Wouldn't say I'm upset with the purchase, but I thought it would be slightly better constructed than it turned out to be.I also really like the zipper pouch on the side - very convenient.

Title: LOVE my Tommy Bahama chair!
Review: I’ve been looking for the perfect Tommy Bahama chair for some time. It is on the expensive side so it’s been on my wishlist also. First of all, I love the colors of this chair! It has already caught the eyes of others, including my own daughter who already wants to nab it from me!The chair has wonderful features like the towel holder on the backside, which is big enough to carry even more than a towel. The straps to carry the chair are very study and give ample room for larger people if you want to carry like a backpack. Also, the drink holder and an additional front/side pocket, are great for your cell phone and keys. Those are perfectly positioned. It also has a great size insulated zip pocket for drinks, etc. And to top it off, this chair came w/a cool sturdy opener attached right to the chair for your drinks! What a great addition to this chair. I need nothing else but a beach, sand under my feet, and a peaceful ocean in front of me!!

Title: Great Chair with Great Features But Dangerous
Review: I think this is a great beech chair with great features, BUT:As I imagine many buyers would, I took it out of the box, opened it out, sat down, enjoyed the comfort, then tried to adjust the position and almost lost a finger against an unreasonably sharp edge. Turns out it can be dangerous to put your fingers in a certain position when adjusting the seat back, and the manufacturer knows this! That's why, as I later discovered, they place the following all caps warning in the instructions: DO NOT PUT FINGERS UNDERNEATH ARMS. But who would read the instructions before first sitting down? It's a beach chair, after all! We adults have openened many before and don't imagine we need instructions except for special features. I suggest the manufacturer remedy the problem or at the very attach a prominent tag warning to one of the chair arms.Despite this issue, I was so enamored with the chair I planned to keep it, and so we took it to the beach to try. While there, when my wife tried to stand up from the chair after having been sitting in an upright position, the chairback suddenly and forcefully dropped backwards into a full 180 degree recline, with my wife on it. One of the wooden arms of the chair split, releasing the pin that connected it to the rest of the chair. That was truly dangerous. My wife is not petite, but at less than 150 lbs she's a far cry from the chair's stated weight limit of 250 lbs. In fairness, I think this may have been at least a little my wife's "fault." I'm guessing that in an effort to stand she first pulled herself forward using the chair arms, thus releasing the position lock. But still. Nothing like that has ever happened to us with a conventional aluminum beach recliner. And surely the chair should not have broken. Needless to say i'll be returning it.

Review: I bought this as a gift, and the recipient loves it. I need a new chair so I plan on getting one for myself. It’s lightweight, has straps so you can carry it like a backpack. There’s a small cooler and a storage pouch on the back. Perfect for carrying items for 1 or two people. Highly recommend this chair.

Review: I’ve used it only once. But it’s heavier than I had expected and the shoulder straps are a bit flimsy and uncomfortable. I’m not sure they will last and I don’t think with a sunburn or even packing the chair with even a book is going to be possible to carry from the beach, with the chair over my shoulders. Once chair is on your shoulders/back it’s ok, but getting it on is tricky and awkward. The shoulder straps could use wider straps and much better padding.. it loses my vote for comfort there. It’s really very similar to <25$ chair from big box store I just replaced as the straps dug into my shoulders and eventually broke off from the chair. They twisted when trying to get it on your back and eventually the stitches gave way from the chair. So carrying on my back and freeing up the hands was no longer an option.I predict this is probably going to happen to this $$$ chair.. Otherwise it’s great to sit on, no laying on the belly reading, unless you want a trip to chiropractor!!! So bring your towel or blanket for a position change and hopefully the shoulder straps get redesigned. Cause they really dig into the shoulders with just weight of the chair. . Reviewer: JW 15 JAS
