Title: Excellent Cookware!
Review: It's not often that some TV advertised product works as described, but this one is a winner. I tried one of their bigger skillets, some years ago, and, as my other non-stick stuff wears out, I'm replacing it all with Copper Chef products. So, I picked up two of these 8" ones to replace aging "teflon" pans that were starting to show signs of wear. I love these! I have no idea why anyone has issues with these. Every one I have bought works flawlessly, although I do follow the seasoning process, and keep them clean using the same methods as I use on ironware.I've never had any sticking or burning or any problems at all. My only caveat on these ones is that the stainless handle bolt heads, inside the skillet, can get stuff cooked on to them, but it does clean off. Might be nice if they found a way to attach the handle without exposed bolt heads within the cooking surface, as on other pans, but it's a minor point.Overall, this is my new brand for cookware and I really appreciate it is free of toxins. Lightweight, durable, coating has not worn out in the slightest on my one I've been using for years, foods cook evenly, with zero mess, and they are much more affordable than most non-stick brands. For me, these work just great, and I highly recommend them. Do follow the seasoning process, and care for them according to instruction, of course.Five stars, easily.Hope this helps your shopping! Thanks for reading. 🙂

Title: My favorite pan!
Review: I fry up cheese in this pan. There's no cheese sticking to the pan and cleaning it is so darned easy! Surprised that it was more expensive than my larger Red Copper frying pan but still worth the expense! Highly recommend, especially when frying for just one person!

Title: Eggs -- YESSSSS
Review: I have always wanted these to cook with. Finally purchased this as a starter and love it so much. Best egg pan ever. I only do eggs in these but will replace other pots & pans as needed. The heat must be kept low, you learn to work with the pot. Makes my omelettes perfectly!

Title: Fine Quality Small Fry Pan With One Minor Flaw
Review: This fry pan is an excellent piece of cookware. It is well built, strong, and easy to clean. It does have one minor shortcoming. That is the effectiveness of it "non-stick" coating. When cooking eggs, they tend to stick slightly around the edges. That sticking will decline during the cooking time for the eggs, but if you wait for the edges to unstick from the pan's surface by themselves, the center of the egg can overcook. This issue occurs when using the pan without cooking oil. A light brushing of oil does not seem to improve the problem. If you added a pool of oil, I'm relatively certain there would be little or no sticking when cooking eggs, but a "non-stick" coated pan is advertised to allow cooking without needing oil to prevent the food from sticking to the pan during the cooking cycle. However, this is a minor issue, as all the other foods I have cooked in this pan, so far, have had no sticking issues at all.

Title: Fantastic Value - Works Great
Review: I've had this 8" pan for about two months and have used it roughly 10 times. I found that it works extremely well for preparing smaller meals or components to add to bigger dishes/meals. The coating is so fantastic that most stuff easily slides out of the pan when hot just using gravity, and that I can usually add a little dishwashing detergent and use the faucet sprayer to clean the pan without even having to use any kind of scrubber. This pan is definitely worth the money. My only wish is that I could find a 10" version for cases when this pan is just a little too small and my other 12" pan is just too big. Otherwise, I highly recommend this pan.

Title: Cooks, cleans up, and looks great
Review: When I first received this pan and saw how thin it was compared to Calphalon pans, I was going to return it. Then I tried cooking in it and was amazed. It heats up fast and delivers heat evenly. It's very lightweight and totally non-stick. Super easy to clean. Food just slides off it. I was so impressed I ordered a second one and find them both very handy. As my other cookware wears out, I am going to order more in this brand. It is also a very nice looking pan, which is important since I hang my cookware on a kitchen rack.

Review: I have a set of these bought several years ago. Best pots and pans I’ve used (including high end chef series) and they work on gas, electric and induction ranged.I just wish these were easier to find as I’m gifting them piece by piece to my folks as their old Teflon coated set is wearing out.

Review: This pan is tiny but it is amazing! You hardly need to rinse it. It has become my dedicated eggs and seed toasting pan. I‘ve had it a few months so early days but I’m caring for the ceramic chemical-free lining as I am loving how non-stick it is. Cute and easy.

Review: When I first used it was great and I was going to review as the best pan. However, after about 3 times it started to stick a little and now I can't do eggs without leaving most of it on the pan. I always use it on medium heat so i dont overheat it. Useless. Had to buy a new one (not the same) yesterday
