Title: I notice a difference when I stop using it for awhile
Review: I have used this product for years after it was recommended in a magazine as an inexpensive, yet high quality moisturizer. It will make your skin peel a bit at times, and you will need to keep up on exfoliation. I do notice if I substitute this product with something less expensive, my skin stops looking as clear and stops feeling as smooth.

Review: This is a great product, I already feel like my lines are less noticeable. Be careful to read the instructions! I have gotten a few retinol burns because I wasn’t careful and used it too frequently. For a department store cream, this is worth the money!

Review: I’ve used neutrogena retinol for years. I just started using the pro plus. None of them come with a seal over the top of the product. Also mine came undamaged in a package. The tiny and smell of it is normal. It is a higher strength of retinol. So if it’s irritating to someone I’d recommend the neutrogena retinol regenerating cream. And also for people just starting this. I’d say use every 2nd to 3rd night. Retinol can be irritating to skin. Especially sensitive skin. And especially if you’re not used to it and you overuse it. Your skin has to be acclimated to retinol. For the retinol users. I’d say try this!! I like it and neutrogena works for me!! And they also have an oil and an eye cream.

Title: FOLLOW THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS!
Review: Let's be clear. I am 65 years old with wrinkles, so I am not expecting miracles. Even though my skin is sensitive, it has been "good skin" - especially in the last 30 years - no blemishes or discolorations, and very smooth. My dermatologist suggested this particular product as it was the strongest OTC retinol you could get. He said it would help "strengthen" my skin and even it out. But he cautioned me to only use a pea-sized amount for my whole face and only apply it at night, because it reacts badly with the sun. I followed his and the package directions to a T. I washed my face first, used my nightly eye cream just on my eyes, applied the Neutrogena everywhere except my eyes, then moisturized with my normal night cream. The first night, the retinol immediately made my face red, but it didn't sting. (With my sensitive skin, I was anticipating a ZING! But nothing.) Per the directions, I waited a couple nights and followed the same routine. Same result. Repeated it a couple nights later, then went to every other night, then graduated to "almost" nightly. It still makes my face red, but I still have never felt dryness or stinging. Do I see a difference after one month? Can't say I do YET, but I am going to give it at least 90 days. If there's even a HINT of improvement, I am sticking with it. A jar will last for MONTHS so it's not that expensive in the big scheme of things. (P.S. I noticed no scent whatsoever, and, no, it is NOT a moisturizer, so you need to stick with your normal moisturizer over the top of this.)

Title: dont think Igot the product
Review: First off the box it came in was damaged and open. That should have been my first warning. I was only able to use this product for two days! The first day it burned when I put it on my face. That was my second warning. i thought maybe that's what it does. Last night I put it on again and it burned. I woke up this morning with a major rash all over my face and my eyes are swollen and my whole face is itchy and burns. I don't think I got the right product! I have no idea what it is but I wont touch it again!

Title: Works well for sunspots, not for sensitive skin
Review: I used this retinol for quite some time and I never could work up to more than once a week without it make my skin severely sensitive. However, it did significantly help with sun spots I used to have on my cheeks. I don't know if it truly helped with wrinkles but it does help with discoloration from acne scars and sun damage. It is not very lightweight, pretty thick, and has a bit of a scent but not bad. I just would not recommend for sensitive skin, especially for use around the eyes.
