Review: I purchased the Brickhouse GPS Tracker - Livewire Volt 4G for my vehicle not too long ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I installed it, the ease of use and setup was immediately apparent. The device is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, making it perfect for anyone, regardless of their tech experience. The installation wasn’t too difficult, I even did it myself for those or less experience. You may want to go to a mechanic as it involves wiring to a battery.A big shoutout to Trish and Kelvin, who were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me with the help I needed. They were professional, friendly, and walked me through everything, ensuring I got the most out of the tracker. Title: Great device, great customer service
Review: This tracker works very well, it's very easy to install, it's quite accurate, and the desktop/app software is complex with features, but not difficult to learn as you play around with the many features the service provides. The learning curve is smooth, and not difficult for the average person to learn.I had a few small issues that I needed addressed from their customer service, and they responded and handled those issues quickly; very responsive.

Review: Bought these for my elderly fathers vehicles. They were easy to install. I like that they use the car battery so I don't have to worry about changing them. The app is easy to use as well. Easy to read and to see where he's at. It tells me even how fast he's driving. I love the peace of mind, the price and I highly recommend them!

Title: Thrilled to pieces that it works
Review: Initially, I had my doubts that the module (connected to the car's battery) would work because it's surrounded by metal all around that would attenuate any GPS signal trying to get in; it's essentially a Mazda Faraday cage. However, the unit was easy to install and works great, so I'm very pleased with the device's performance and the customer service (thanks, John!) I received in getting my subscription going.I only have one nit, and it has nothing to do with the performance of the unit--it's Brickhouse's website page(s) to track the vehicle--it/they're a little rudimentary and could be more refined.

Title: Easy to install...
Review: The installation was super easy. The app is simple to use and navigate from map, to info, to history. The issue I'm having is there's no clarity on the settings like what they mean and how to adjust them to meet your needs. I don't know how often the device updates its locations, and how often during a trip, how long do you need to be stopped for it to show you as parked (like it doesn't show that I stopped at the gas station for 10min), unless I have geo fencing set it doesn't even register that I moved sometimes, I ping it to try to get it to reflect movement or update location and it says command sent but the location hasn't updated. It does register when I leave or arrive at my geo fencing locations.Sometimes it's not accurate. A few times it was missing entire trips. Like it would show the vehicle parked at home for 12hrs then I would drive to work and it would show the car parked at work for 6hrs, but wouldn't show the drive to work. It would then show the drive back home. Another time I was at a friend's house it showed my drive there, me parked for 5hrs, then showed my drive home, and parked at home for 3hrs before I went to bed. The next day I went to work parked and looked at the app, my info showed me parked at work, but my history showed me start the day still at my friends then suddenly at work, it didn't show the trip to work and the day before ended with my drive home and park till midnight then the day changes and it suddenly showed me start that day parked at my friends, as if I never left, and then showed me parked at work but didn't show how I got to work. By the end of the day it went back to what it should say, I started the day at home, then drove to work... It's confusing. How do I get it to send location when the car moves and register location when stop at a gas station... There's so many good reviews I'm assuming my setting are messed up. Also I can't figure out how to add another tracker to my account for my second vehicle.

Review: I bought a permanently wired tracker to give warning of theft of an untended tractor not realising that it requires 13.6V (an operating motor) to send a GPS location.The tracker tells me that it is disconnected even when it is still connected to the standing battery at 12.6V.That means that if the tractor gets stolen, I don't get notified until the tractor is started in its new location.I need to be notified if THE TRACKER IS ACTUALLY disconnected from the tractor as well as notified as soon as it is outside my geofence. I've asked for them to cancel my expensive subscription and am awaiting their response.It took a while for brick house to understand problem but now it is all fixed and the monitoring has been extended by two months
