Title: Big deal in Japanese rice
Review: You can find this in any Japanese market chain like Tokyo Cental Market or Mitsuwa. Just use you map app and you should be surprised by how many markets near yo u find if you live, for example, in a metro area on the west coast. If you have not already, go to such a market or an H mart or 99 Ranch Market with friends or kids and get a small amusement park type "bump." Kids will go crazy in the snack and candy areas. Health freaks will discover a real produce section not to mention seafood (every type of octopus or squid u can umagine unles u an ethnic East Asian or Portuguese !😅🤪Rice....got carried away there... Sukiyoshi is mor polished than brown which was even hard to find in Japan 20 years ago. Less polished than white. Healthier, tastier to some and faster cooking depending on you cookin methodThis brand is my fav. I am Japan focused academic who first went there as a college freshman 60 years ago...might enjoy checking out Whee! Website also.

Review: This rice cooks quickly (for a brown rice) and tastes great. It's more expensive than a lot of the brown rices you might find in the grocery story, but it's so much better.

Title: My New Favorite
Review: Most retail brands of brown rice taste stale from being on the shelf way too long. Sukoyaka Brown Rice, Genmai is fragrant and delicious. I eat about a cup of rice every day whether it's plain, served with salmon and steamed vegetables, in a salad, hot pot, or as fried rice. This brown rice lends itself to a variety of recipes. As stated previously, it's delicious on it's own or with Ponzu sauce, soy sauce, or butter. This is a 10/10 for me. I will be ordering this again.

Title: Perfection for me, but things to know
Review: I couldn't possibly be more positive about any brown rice, than this variety. I have it, at least, three times a week. In fact, I'm making it as I write this review. But, there are things you might want to know, to see if it's perfect for you.First off (a plus which sold me), you can prepare this rice in a rice cooker without a 'brown rice' setting. Yea! And, it comes out exactly as the stovetop version. I know, I compared.Some prefer their brown rice to easily separate and have a more firm texture. That's not this rice. It is soft and fluffy, almost like white Jasmine rice, when cooked. For me, this is delectible, allowing it to soak up surrounding juices, sauces, or gravies of choice.The only problem I have found with this rice is -- drumroll -- eating too much. So, beware! I now have my measuring cup at hand counting those calories, wishing there was some way I could have the same enjoyment without the calorie boost. Life IS hard!Interestingly, there is an Asian market within walking distance to my home. I was surprised to find this rice. When purchasing a bag there, it generated a discussion with fellow customers and staff. This seems to be a very popular item, for many of the same reasons I have shared. You may feel the same, depending on your preference for the end product. For a 'soft tooth,' this IS for you!

Title: Beware of rocks
Review: It is tasty and hits the consistency I was hoping for, but be sure to sift through it for small rocks. Not uncommon to have to do this with rice, but was hoping to avoid it at this price point.
