Review: I usually buy condensed versions of soup so I can control the amount of water in the final bowl, so this was a bit of an experiment for me. I was surprised to find that the broth in this variety was decently creamy, which of course is a necessity in a good chowder. It didn't taste at all âlightâ to me! This is something I'm keeping in the pantry from now on, with a handful of oyster crackers or Goldfish it was a warm and filling lunch.

Review: This is a Gluiten Free (though not Lactpse Free) hearty soup from Progressp. The base is corn chowder to which large chunks of chicken have been added and very few, very small pieces of bacon. I used to eat a lot of corn chowder growing up in New England and this is best I've had since. I wouldn't have known this is gluten free except that Prime Pantry told me. It does say it though in small print on the back of the can.
