Title: Simple and healthy
Review: Love these recipes and the variety from breakfasts and dinners to quick snacks and desserts. I love that she uses staples from the pantry, so you're not forced to buy expensive items all the time. The pictures for each recipe are lovely and helpful when deciding what to cook. This is exactly what I've been looking for in a recipe. Loved it so much I sent one to my daughter for her family.

Title: Love this book!
Review: I have purchased several paleo cookbooks over the years. They all just end up sitting on the shelf because they are very intimidating or require an outrageous number of ingredients or time. I have two young kids, 2.5 and 8.5 months, so dinners need to be quick and easy to make and something that can please my whole family. This book does all that. I have had this book a couple of weeks, and I make something out of it at least four times a week. The recipes are easy to follow, full of everyday ingredients that I typically have on hand, and most importantly, taste delicious.Another thing I love about the recipes is that many of the recipes call for the same spices. I don’t find myself buying some crazy sauce that I have to look at four different stores for that I’m never going to use again. Once I purchase the spices for one recipe, I find myself using them again in the others. I can’t recommend this book enough. If you’re looking for simple, healthy meals to cook for your family, this is your book.

Title: Love these recipes so far! (From someone who doesn’t enjoy cooking)
Review: So far my hubby and I have tried 2 of the recipes in this cookbook and they both came out perfect and delicious! We tried the pork chop recipe—I’m always on the hunt to find pork chop recipes that are flavorful and help with the dried out taste of pork chops (because, let’s be real, I ALWAYS manage to overcook my pork chops and they come out dry). And we tried the Buffalo chicken sweet potatoes recipe—this came out perfect and I loved the flavors all together (I made sure to get a little chicken, sweet potato anddd ranch on my fork for a full culinary experience every time! YUM!). We can’t wait to try out more of these! Love that they are all normal ingredients (NOT expensive stuff like some paleo cookbooks call for) and that the majority of them are SO quick and EASY to prepare and cook (coming from someone that doesn’t enjoy cooking!). If you’re on the fence of buying this cookbook, just add it to your cart and purchase it—you won’t be disappointed.

Title: Simple, delicious recipes
Review: I have had this cookbook for over 3 months now and have cooked many of the recipes. This cookbook makes eating paleo seem completely normal with no feelings of missing out on staple meals. The recipes are easy to follow and we have enjoyed every. single. one. If you are just starting out on your paleo journey, I highly recommend this book to get started.

Title: Simple, delicious recipes!
Review: I’m so excited for this book! I love following Jessie’s blog and cook from it almost weekly. Her recipes have become staples in my busy household with two young kids because they are easy, quick, delicious, and healthy. I eat keto and love that many of her recipes are keto friendly or easily keto adaptable.I just received this book today and already made two recipes (Tex-Mex Skillet and Brownies)! The thing I love most about the recipes are that the ingredients are simple (hello 5-ingredient meals!) and items I already have on hand. My picky 5-year-old LOVED the Tex-Mex skillet and even asked for seconds! I’m not sharing my brownies because I know my kids will eat them all. Lol!

Title: Paleo is bland…
Review: My criticisms aren’t solely against this cookbook itself, but the paleo diet. I so desperately want to eat paleo for my health but oh my goodness—it’s such a bland diet! I’m a huge sauce person that appreciates depth of flavor and spices. These recipes left me wanting.A lot of the dinner/lunch recipes lean on salt and canned tomato for the bulk of their flavor. They definitely taste “healthy,” and that’s not a compliment. I was eating decently well/Whole30 before trying paleo, and there surely must be a way to eat paleo that incorporates more vibrant flavors. It’s not a bad cookbook—but it isn’t quite my cup of tea.

Title: My Favorite Cookbook EVER!
Review: I’m so excited to finally be leaving a review for this cookbook! I’ve made 19 of the recipes so far and we have LOVED every single one! I’ve even made several of them more than once. The cookbook is so pretty and well organized. Each recipe has a picture and easy to follow instructions. All of the ingredients Jessie uses are easy to find. In fact, I had most of them in my refrigerator/pantry already. None of the recipes I’ve made have required hours of prep/cooking which I love and appreciate so much!If you can’t decide what to cook/bake first, here are my recommendations:-Banana-Blueberry Breakfast Bread-Creamy Lemon-Butter Chicken Skillet-Takeout-Style Shrimp Fried Rice (Cauliflower Rice)-Honey-Garlic Teriyaki Chicken-Salted Chocolate Chunk CookiesI am including a few random pictures I’ve taken of the recipes I’ve tried. They’re not as pretty as Jessie’s pictures, though! Lol. Waffles, Lemon-Coconut Macaroons, Quick Broccoli & Beef Stir-Fry, and Porkchop with Cinnamon Apples.
