Title: Decent footbeds but …
Review: As someone who has made foot comfort a priority in life, I’ve been through many different types of insoles, and since there’s not much to consider, I believe I’m a self-taught expert. And the first thing I look for is ventilation holes in the front portion of the product. Since they’re absent with these insoles, they probably won’t pass the stink test after a very short while. Other than that important feature, they appear that they’ll be comfortable and durable.

Review: Most shows nowadays do not have good cushioning and for myself it is critical that there is ample cushioning due to the amount of time I am on my feet and the activity I do. These fit nicely and provide outstanding cushioning.

Review: I have been using these for many years and they still are my favorite. I use these in most of my shoes, especially my work shoes. The price I think is fair considering the benefit they give you. You can literally spend twice or three times as much on other gel inserts and get the same benefit as these.

Review: The Sof Sole Athlete Insoles are the only insoles that I use when I play badminton.As someone who was playing three times a week or more, my foot was starting to ache with the original badminton shoe insoles. I tried a few other brands, most of which were more expensive, but I didn't find that it helped too much until I tried these ones. The small gel heel is soft enough to provide comfort but stiff enough to provide stability without sacrificing explosiveness.I'm on my fourth pair now, as I replace them at the same time as when I replace my badminton shoes.

Review: Fits perfectly in 2 different pairs of shoes without needing to trim. Made my battered old soccer cleats feel brand new and running shoes much more comfortable. They're quite thick (as advertised) so take this into consideration if there's not much wiggle room in your shoes and you need a slim version.
