Title: Delightful reading and easy to follow recipes
Review: First of all this book is a first class layout; beautiful photos and interesting way of telling. Next to the well known recipes you also find some not so everyday variations that you might want to try on special occassions.

Title: Nice series especially if purchased at discount.
Review: I bought a bunch of these here on Amazon for a few dollars each for my daughters who expressed interest in learning how to entertain and cook for themselves and company, most of the books in the series are great for just this purpose, being a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income I really wouldn’t want to pay the full retail price and judging by the sheer abundance of used copies for next to nothing I am not the only one who didn’t.TLDR great when bought used recommended at a used price.

I bought this as a gift for a friend, and she's making her own risotto now and is hooked as well.There are beautiful photos with each recipe (something I really like). There are over 40 recipes, 6-8 in each of the following sections: Classics, Vegetable, Seafood, Poultry & meat, Special and Dessert Risottos.Has a Glossary and Index.You'll find a recipe you like for sure, and then will want to try making all of them.

Title: I bought this book as a gift and might buy it for myself
Review: My nephew tasted risotto for the first time and wanted to learn to make it. He's 22 and just getting into a place of his own. He has asked me several times for my recipe, so I gave him a written page of instructions but wanted something more, so I bought this. I already have a similar book by another author, but the Williams-Sonoma version, as usual for Williams-Sonoma, is beautifully done, has very approachable recipes, and provides a motivation to get into the kitchen and start cooking.

Title: Risotto Cookbook
Review: I purchased this book to use with a gigantic bag of Italian grown rice. Great book and full of many recipes with easy to follow instruction. I have only tried a few of the recipes but am happy with the results so far.
