Review: LOVE this book! Shows you how to grill, smoke, even bake wings. I love how in detail it is, from teaching you how to brine a chicken wing, grill, with the best sauces. From classic recipes, to crazy outside the box recipes, this has it all. I've already tried two recipes from this book and my family just raved about them. The "Big Dill" sauce was my absolute favourite. Cannot wait to try them all. High recommend this book for beginners and even professionals.
