Title: Yummy chessecakes!
Review: I will never buy store-bought cheesecakes again. My wife was intimidated at first trying out her first cheesecake from this book, but now with 4 cakes experience, its super easy for her. Plus its super inexpensive to do our own. Don't let this book intimidate you, just take your time and enjoy making the first cake. After that first cake, it all makes sense and making more is not bad at all.My wife was just handed a jar of blackberry jam from a neighbor. We don't use jam or jellies in our house, but the first thing she did was bake a cheesecake with it. That was so freaking good!!!

Title: A must have cookbook if you love cheesecake
Review: Amazing variety of recipes for any flavor of cheesecake you can dream of. I especially appreciate the cheesecake tart recipes. Though cheesecake is my favorite dessert, I've never baked my own and have always been intimidated to try it. I made the S'mores cheesecake tarts and they were easy to make and absolutely delicious! It's given me the confidence to bake one of the whole cheesecakes. A holy grail cookbook for sure!

Title: Confused!
Review: I got the cookbook today & read it cover to cover. My picture is only 1 example of why Iâm confused; there are a slew of them!!The ingredient list states you need 4 - 8iz packages of cream cheese. But, the directions only give instructions for using 3 packages. So, which is correct; the ingredient list or the instructions? Do I need 3 or 4 packages of cream cheese for these?I love the variety and canât wait to make some of them. I just need someone to âunconfuseâ me!
