Title: the only insoles i will buy anymore honestly
Review: i'm 240lbs and am on my feet all day long working anywhere between 50-85hr weeks, have low arches and plantar fasciitis, and USED to go through a pair of the Dr S****lls pain relieving orthotics about a pair every 3-6months at best.then i found THESE wonderful insoles.honestly, they're WAY more comfy and effective than my previous ones, and i get an average of a year's worth of use out of them, and since i spend more time in my boots than my shoes, i'm mostly gauging that lifespan off of in-boot usage. as soon as they start feeling like they're getting a little worn for work use, they get moved over from my work boots to my off-the-clock shoes to continue their usage. so, DEFINITELY more durable.as far as the comfort and ease of use goes - as long as you know your shoe size, they're pretty much good to go. i have yet to have yo do any trimming or adjustment on them, just stuff in there and go really. as far as comfort goes - i'm often carrying lots of heavy tools and materials, and climbing up and down trailers and refinery towers, and these are the most effective and value-for-money insoles i've found in my 13years in my current position, as well as another 6 years in previous physically demanding lines of work. they're very lightweight despite their solid construction, so you won't notice them adding any ankle weight to your steps, which can be a godsend if you're already lugging around a pair of 8in tall steel toe boots that weigh 3.5lbs apiece, let alone wearing them in running/skate shoes.fantastic product that i can't recommend enough really!

Title: Great value. Great support
Review: I'm a barista and on my feet for 6-9hrs a day. It causes strain on my poor feet, especially when we're slammed and I don't really get much chance for a break. I have excellent shoes (On Clouds) that help with ankle support and optimal form as I walk around, but these insoles bring it all together and make sure my arches stay supported and feeling as best they can.I still have some slight soreness at the end of a long day which is to be expected considering im literally on my feet for 6+ straight, but my feet don't ache so badly I hobble around for two hours after I get home anymore. My feet also get less fatigued towards the ends of my shifts so I can still move quickly as I make drinks, clean up, etc.For 20 bucks, it's an excellent investment for improved comfort and the health of your feet. I'm on my 4th pair in several years and will continue to buy these.

Title: Works! but not sure it'll last 2 years
Review: Pros: These inserts provide strong support that has significantly reduced my limp during the day and in the mornings; I no longer experience daily discomfort because of them. Occasionally, I still feel a slight limp in the morning after running, but overall, they have been effective. I've also noticed that weight plays a role—the lighter you are, the less pain you may experience, although I credit much of the relief to these inserts.Cons: I wear them daily with my tennis shoes, and I'm concerned they may not last two years. After three months, while the pain isn't a guaranteed thing in the morning, I do feel some discomfort in the mornings sometimes. However, I'm willing to purchase more when necessary. Overall, this is a product I would buy again.

Title: these have high arches ...
Review: I bought this product and another by the same maker with medium arch support. Both products seem well made and fit my sneakers perfectly. But I am not sure which product is best for me, or more likely both provide value to me.When I first tried this product I thought the high arch support was uncomfortable, or at least a bit awkward. So I got the medium arch support product and it felt perfect. However today I went back to the high arch product and played two hours of pickleball with them. Felt perfectly fine.I have some metatarsal pain in my right foot, meaning the ball of my foot has some inflammation. I am now thinking the high arch product offloads stress from the ball of my foot and distributes it elsewhere. So the high arch product is something I will use when doing aerobic activity, like pickleball. However if I am going on long walks and on my feet all day I think the medium arch support is good enough and will be more comfortable.Bottom line: deciding on the medium arch or high arch product is not easy. You might want to try both, and like me you might want to use both.

Title: Felt Good, But Didn't Work in Shoes
Review: These inserts felt so good when I tried them, however, I found that they didn't work in most shoes. Obviously they are too large for smaller shoes like flats, loafers, etc., but I didn't like them in my bigger shoes such as my tennis shoes. I found they were too high (even after taking out the original shoe insole) and it made my shoes uncomfortable to wear and walk in. Plus, I only have trouble with my right foot and using this insole with the left was uncomfortable. And, using only one insole made me walk with a limp because one foot was higher than the other. While they seemed like a good idea, I ended up sending mine back.

Title: Works well with multiple shoe styles!
Review: These inserts are easy to transfer from shoe to shoe and saved me from a lot of pain on a recent 10 day walking trip. I switched them from sneakers to rain boots to dressy women's flats with ease, and was impressed by how well they held up. I'll be buying more for the rest shoes so I don't have to compromise comfort for cuteness!

Title: I can walk without pain
Review: So today is Monday and I just received these on Saturday evening much later than they were supposed to arrive so I put those in my tennis shoes on Sunday …and I can walk, no pain. On Friday I helped a friend move and went up and down the stairs in my new balance tennis shoes about 50 times therefore on Saturday, I couldn’t even walk. The pain in my heels and the side of my foot was going up the side & back of my leg. I put these in as my insoles yesterday in my new balance size 7 (I ordered the 7 - 7 1/2) and they fit perfect. So definitely go according to what you wear for a shoe size. I can wear my tennis shoes. It’s great. My only problem is I tried to put these in my sandals that have Velcro closure straps and they make the shoes too wide. I can’t close them so not 100% sure they’re going to work in my sandals, so until this problem is resolved I might be in tennis shoes.

Review: I probably need medical Orthodics for full relief, but these work very well and have taken away much of the discomfort in my feet. If I use the compression socks with these that helps as well when I am on my feet all day. A really good pair of shoes also helps. But these are still very good, they just didn't help 100% for me.

Review: This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.

Customers say

Customers like the comfort, fit, and arch support of the shoe inserts. They mention it provides much more comfort and support than what the shoe manufacturer supplies, and is an excellent investment for improved comfort and the health of their feet. Some appreciate that they work great and are value for money. However, some customers have mixed opinions on pain relief and firmness.
