How to use:
► Step 1: Wash your hands. Fill the clean bottle up to the fill line (300 mL) with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water.

Rease Air Valve - Start wash nose, squeeze bottle to control flow speed.Important: If need stop flow during wash,must be press the air valve hole!
► Step 4: Blow your nose gently, without pinching your nose completely because this will apply pressure on the eardrums.
► Step 5: For deep clean,you can wash again for your left nostril.

Title: Easy to control the stream of water
Review: I received âTONELIFE Sinus Rinse Kit 300ml+5Packets Nasal Salt -Nasal Wash Saline Packet Refills-Nose Cleaner-Neti Pot with Powdered Saline Convenient Packets for Adult Kids Nose Clean,Blue.â The kit comes with five packets of nasal rinse mix, which is entirely salt. Itâs kind of nice to have the salt pre-measured. The kit does not include instructions for actually putting the device together. Iâm assuming that the white ring is a washer to put between the lid and the bottle. The set includes two tips for the device: one that allows a strong stream, and one that allows a gentle stream. The tips feel like they might be made out of a hard silicone. The instructions just say to use water, but Iâve always used distilled water in the past. The bottle rattles when I shake it. The rattling appears to be due to movement of a ball bearing in the air valve on the bottom of the bottle. This device works very well. I find it much easier to control the stream of water and keep my face from getting wet than I can with the other neti pot Iâve been using.

Review: This is a good product. It's just as advertised and works well the bottle is a good size and holds plenty of saline nasal rinse. All in all, this is a good quality product. I'd buy this again and would recommend it to anyone interested in it.
