Title: Finally a simple, smooth red sauce that I can doctor.
Review: Too many companies are producing marinara and sauces with all kinds of "stuff" in them. I missed the basic smooth, red sauce that I could season to my taste.Classico is perfect. This is my first time using it and my sauce turned out so yummy....ALMOST as good as my Nonna's scratch sauce.Classico has a deep red color, smells great, and, most importantly, is smooth. (No respectable Italian wants big chunks of tomato in her red sauce) Make sure the label reads, "Classico Family Favorites Traditional Pasta Sauce." (I cannot find this variety at my local grocery stores.)Classico will be my go-to sauce from now on. It's priced lower than most jar sauces and the quality is better. I also tried their pizza sauce recently and loved it.Why did I wait so long to try Classico??

Review: I used this sauce tonight with pumpkin raviolis. It was very good on its own. I always add seasonings to jarred sauces to bring out more flavors. I could have eaten this without needing to add any extra seasonings though.

Title: Pretty Descent
Review: I bought this sauce because it was almost as cheap as the Hunts sauce cans but it was vodka sauces flavor and I love that. I’m poor, so it’s usually the canned stuff for me but I think this sauce is a pretty good deal for the money. Not too expensive but you also get what you pay for so it’s not amazing. Yes it resembles a vodka sauce and is on the right track but you have to add some more cheese and seasoning to help it along. Onions, peppers and a meat in your pasta really help to make the sauce work as well. Creamy acidic texture, not too sweet and has a thicker texture but not overly thick. Doesn’t smell great when opening up the jar but it’s much better bubbling over the stove when all your own homemade additions. I like the ability to reseal the jar because I’m single so I don’t need an entire jar of sauce for a meal. I probably will buy it again, but it’s obviously not anything like homemade or a fancy Italian restaurant so I have had better, but good for jar sauce.

Review: These were delicious. I like the caps because they can be screwed back on if contents are not used in 1 serving. Stays fresh as the first day I opened it. The jars and caps are reuseable. I recommend this.

Review: This is the only sauce I have ever tried that I didn't have to re seasoned, I just open, poured and enjoyed. I use it particularly on my home made pizza and my ramen noodles with ground pork sausage and peppers 😋, fast, easy and delicious!
