Title: Best tasting eggs ever
Review: Previously, I bought the stainless steel version which did not work for me because the egg stuck to it, and it overcooked them. Well, this one works perfectly and has a very nice pot with lid that can be used for other things. I followed the directions, filled the water to the line, got it to boiling, rubbed a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil in the bottom of the cups, plus a pat of butter. On top, I sprinkled sea salt, garlic powder, pepper, some grated cheese and a few grains of brown sugar, placed on the lid and let it go about four minutes, took the pot off the stove open the lid. Let them stand a few minutes and begin eating. And so delicious. It was very easy to clean the cups and get them ready for the next meal.

Title: This is not a nonstick product, but still works well
Review: This item poached eggs perfectly once you get the timing down. The stainless steel lid gets hot so use a mitt while cooking. Also if we have to spray Pam in the cups so the eggs don’t stick, it’s not a nonstick product. Make sure you spray it though because your eggs will be destroyed and the cups will be so hard to clean if you don’t. Finally, make sure you dry it after using or it will start rusting.

Title: Makes a great gift for people who love poached eggs
Review: Poaching eggs takes some time and technique the traditional way in boiling water. This pan makes it easy to poach eggs quickly in the morning. It comes apart easily for cleaning, we put it in the dishwasher and haven't had a problem. Purchased for my husband for his birthday so he can poach his farm fresh eggs for breakfast and he loves it. I know they make bigger ones, but for one person this is the perfect size and it was a good price.

Title: Not stainless
Review: Functions well. See-through cover is an advantage. However, the flat insert is not stainless-rust spots showed up almost immediately. Also cups are too small for jumbo eggs (if you can find any). To avoid the hot handle, turn off the burner when the water comes to a boil, let stand for a few minutes and residual heat will cook the eggs perfectly as the handle cools.
