Review: The thing works fine. Seems to work better than just microwaving a wet sponge. BUT like others have stated, the hair is REALLY hard to twist on and off. Perhaps some of them are slightly defective. Or maybe with time, it will loosen up.

Review: I am not sure who decided to make this design, but the hair and the head are hard to remove. It’s annoying and it just made me want to throw it away. It is not efficient. This is my second time to buy this because I could not find my first one, but it’s the dame problem I encountered - only two years apart.

Review: I received this as a gift and thought it might be more of a gimmick than anything. I used it and was amazed by how well it works!+ We have a very old microwave and it made it sparkling.- It might be because the seal on our microwave no longer works, but almost all of the water and vinegar boiled over and then poured out of the microwave onto the counter and spilled on the floor. Got a clean counter and floor that way too, but wasn’t quite the result I was looking for.
