Review: While there are a wide variety of offerings in this cookbook, when you find kugel recipes that have bacon as their first ingredient - along with butter, evaporated milk and sour cream - or that have salted pork . . . well, you know that no one with any inkling of knowledge about Jewish food compiled the recipes.
