Title: Holy Crap It Works
Review: I have never known what breathing was like before using these strips. They are admittedly REALLY good. I mean that, genuinely. I have a deviated septum and when I first put this on my first thought was: “What?? This is how everyone else has been breathing this whole time??”I only use these to sleep because they look goofy as hell even though they are “discreet” and I’d rather suffocate as a product of my forsaken nose than wear this in public. To be fair, it is as discreet as you can possibly get with these.But hey! It works and it works really well. The latex packaging did give me an allergic reaction but I just suck it up and deal with the little rash I get. It’s like opening a bandaid, and then you just put it on your nose and it works its magic.With that being said, it did leave bruises on my nose but I think that they just make me look cool so I don’t care about that. They have an adhesive, obviously, so if your skin is sensitive it might not be the best option for you.

Title: They help!
Review: I use mouth tape to keep my mouth shut when I sleep, which significantly mitigates my snoring. These nasal strips help open my sinuses, which is really useful. They leave a sticky residue on my nose when I remove the strip in the morning, but it washes off with mild face soap.

Title: Not as good as tan?
Review: Works fine. I find the Breathe Right brand name works better than knock-offs/generics, which tend to fall off immediately. However, within Breathe Rights, I don't know why, but the tan "extra strength" is stronger than the clear "extra strength". If nose strips fall off a lot for you and you struggle with that, might want to go with the tans. However, I have found that the tan ones are so strong that they can only be removed safely by washing with warm water. These clear ones are fine but less strong. Sometimes they partially peel off by morning, but easy to remove simply by pulling.In terms of breathing, yes, Breathe Rights really, really improve my sleep, make me a quieter sleeper, and prevent my mouth hanging open and my lips from totally dehydrating.

Review: It really works and improves breathing, besides it reduces snoring. Unfortunately, it doesn’t stay on for entire night. I tried it several ways. First I thought that I didn’t dry my nose after washing the skin. But despite how good I cleaned and dried my nose skin it doesn’t stick well

Review: Monthly subscription and Amazon seems to always pack it with large heavy things with no or limited pillow packs and the box usually gets crushed. Doesn't impact the strips, but pack it better please.

Review: It does a good job of opening nasal passages. I have oily skin and was pleasantly surprised that the adhesive worked so well. The strip was mostly still in place in the morning after sleeping with it on. When removed it left a little sticky residue but it washed off nicely.
