Review: I am a heavy whoop user and fitness idiot. I track my heart rate variability religiously and with SOTE I simply recover. It doesn't matter if I was up all night, ran a marathon, or drank my face off. This works.I have tried LMNt and liquid iv and they don't work for me because they taste terrible and I can't bring myself to drink it. Sote tastes great and works. Buy some!
