While it certainly excels in certain aspects, I must clarify that it is more appropriately referred to as a spot cleaner rather than a full-fledged carpet cleaning machine, which is why I've rated it four stars instead of five.Performance:This compact machine has proven itself to be a reliable tool for tackling pet accidents and cleaning up tough stains from rugs and upholstery. The 10.5Kpa suction is impressive considering its size, and the 400W motor delivers enough power to lift dirt and grime effectively. I've used it on a few small stains in my living room, and it worked surprisingly well—far surpassing my expectations for a portable device.Design and Portability:One of the standout features is its portability. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it great for those little spills that inevitably happen, especially in homes with pets. Title: Nice quality cleaner that is highly effective, too!
Review: For the price point, which is a bit less than most carpet cleaners...I was a bit skeptical about this item at first. But once it arrived, I've got to say - it blew away my expectations! Wow! It's a nicely made unit that is incredibly easy to use, it's fairly small so it doesn't take up a bunch of space in your storage closet/garage, and best of all...it really REALLY gets up dirt and other things from your carpet that a plain vacuum just cannot get to.It's a bit loud when you are using it, but most carpet cleaners are. I didn't take a star off for that because you kind of expect that with one of these units...and if you have ever had your carpets professionally cleaned or you have rented a Bissell to do it, then you know that those are NOISY. This one is actually much quieter than those, but still...if someone is taking a nap, maybe pick a different time to clean the carpets. Well, unless you are mad at them :)Noise not withstanding, this unit comes with everything you need - including solution. We have mostly tile in our home but 2 still carpeted rooms, and have used this with great success in those rooms - the carpets are clean and fresh, and there was really not a lot of effort involved to do so.It does a great job getting stains out, too, which is great...it removed a somewhat tough stain in the spare bedroom that nothing else had been able to, so we are very happy about that. We have a dog and a cat and this was also successful in cleaning up minor stains from them laying on the carpet or the cat choosing the few carpeted areas we have to leave us the gift of a hairball. Because...cats. LOLI mentioned the price in the beginning of this review because I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". In this case, you get way WAY more than you pay for, as this unit behaves much more like a $400 unit than a $100 dollar one. That's really saying something, I think.If you are looking for a solid carpet cleaner that's not going to break the bank AND will impress you with how effective it is, you just found it. We are very pleased with this item and have not doubt you will be, too. Highly recommend!!

Title: Decent spot cleaner for the cost but could be better
Review: I’ve used carpet cleaners all my life so I’m familiar with them. I like how lightweight and portable the unit is. Filling the tank is easy however I prefer the fill hole to be on top instead of taking the nozzle off the bottom to fill. Also all the measurement lines are at the top and since it’s a spot cleaner I would have preferred lines at lesser amounts for cleaning smaller amounts. The water tank is also at an angle so it doesn’t sit flat on a counter when trying to add the cleaning solution. This also can make it awkward when placing it back on the tank as it doesn’t always slip on straight.There are 2 different nozzles, one with a brush and one without. They both work well and are easy to take on and off. The storage for the extra nozzle is nice however it blocks the carrying handle. The spray pressure is great and it’s easy to quickly saturate a stain with solution. Suction power is decent for a handheld unit but not as powerful as other standup cleaners i’ve used. The carpet is left slightly damp but that’s to be expected.Emptying dirty water is easy as the entire top comes off. It also made it easy to rinse it under the bathtub after dumping the dirty water. Wrapping the power cord and hose on the bottom of the unit keeps everything clean and portable. I may be a little more critical than others but I still think this is a decent spot cleaner.

Title: Great device
Review: This works as well if not better than the similar device with a more brand name. I used to have that one when I was a pet owner many years ago and I recently got a new dog until I got this one and it’s been working great for puppy training.
