Weight loss can be overwhelming and stressful when trying to calculate calories in order to be happy with the number on the scale. If you are tired of multiple dieting attempts, restrictive eating habits, and countless hours at the gym, this book is for you! Marcellus is one of the most personable authors I have ever read from and she makes you feel like she is talking directly to you from page one. Throughout the entire book, she provides personality, humor, and intelligence that is absolutely contagious. Instead of the typical weight loss books that repeatedly says eat less and exercise more, Marcellus actually says the opposite! Like many of us, Marcellus had spent years of restrictive dieting and endless amounts of exercise to only find out she wasn’t seeing the results she wanted. How did she finally get where she wanted? She did less! She was more flexible with her food decisions and eased up on the amount of exercise. I would highly recommend this book to those who want a different view point on how to lose weight. Not only does she discuss how to lose weight, but how to become more courageous and let go of the fear we all have inside of us. Marcellus encourages to still enjoy comfort food and the delicious food commonly food at social events, such as family gatherings. This book is a must-have for EVERYONE! I’m so grateful I read this book and that Marcellus was able to change my view point on food and weight loss in a positive way!

Title: Finally a diet/lifestyle book that is practical!
Review: Man there are literally thousands and thousands of books I have come across for diets and lifestyles. Nowadays when someone tells me about a new diet or lifestyle they are trying I usually shake my head. One because I feel like diet and health has become mostly a fad. Everyone is usually doing it for short term satisfaction and instant gratification.What I like about this book is Marcellus has a lighthearted inspiring relatable approach. As you dive into this book you will be positively educated and less overwhelmed or made to feel that a diet is hard work. You are encouraged to eat what you like, with balance of diet and love of self being the guidelines to obtaining your personal goals. The book gives methods of how to balance your lifestyle so that it fits with a busy schedule. It is quite simple and made out practically for ease of implementation. If you are an individual that worries you don’t have the time to really incorporate a stricter more time consuming lifestyle regimen, you may want to give this book a try.There are some great concepts that Andrea introduces and builds upon to help the reader embrace themselves and prepare to make a lifestyle change for the better. Other topics of discussion that I felt stood out were portion control and controlling over eating. I definitely recommend this book for anyone that has been trying to make a lifestyle change for the better. This would be something I feel easy to start without feeling pressured to commit to something intense.

Review: A well written informative treat that is no doubt bound to contain more than a few hidden gems within its contents for anyone trying their best to lose weight. Weight gain and intimidating body goals splayed throughout the internet can very seriously dampen your mood and lead to harmful self-body imaging that can destroy motivation, but what the author does in this book is give anyone fighting to become their best selves a chance to reach it.Within the contents of this book, everything is laid out for you in an easy to follow manner that makes weight loss no longer seem like such a daunting task. The author goes over key information such as hydration and important habits that need to be understood to successfully reach your target goals.Not enough good things could be said about this book, but what I found truly amazing was the six week shape up plan detailed In the later stages of this book that I believe is an incredible feature for anyone starting their weight loss journey and needing a guiding hand to get there.Incredible book!
