Title: Strong and handy blower.
Review: This is a good battery-powered blower. Balances well, easy to use trigger, and not too loud. Not quite as powerful as my 12-amp corded blower but not lacking in power either. No problem clearing wet leaves off of driveway and blowing them a few feet onto the lawn.Don't expect to be able to do your fall clean-up with this or any battery-powered blower. That's not what they are for. A 5Ah battery lasts for 10-15 minutes on full-power. Plenty enough to blow off the driveway, walks, landings, sidewalk, etc. Also very convenient for getting into the garden and other hard to reach places. Great for blowing off deck, pool apron and patio, and clearing dirt, dust, and leaves from the garage. Also plenty of power to clean your gutters, without dragging a cord behind you.If you have a small property then this (possibly with a spare battery handy) is all you need. And even if you already have a corded blower or a backpack gas-powered blower, this Dewalt is so much handier you will find yourself using it a lot.If you already have Dewalt tools and batteries (I did) this is practically a no-brainer. And if you are buying into a tool ecosystem, Dewalt brushless is a good platform.

Title: Plenty of Blowerpower Power and Battery Longevity
Review: I use DeWalt 20V tools as a platform for all my battery powered tool needs. I have Recip saw, Chain saw, long reach chain saw, Table saw, small 4" circular saw,Impact tool, Screw Drivers and Drills. They all perform exceedingly well for the battery powered tasks they are used for. I use my tools on a small farm and for remodeling homes. This blower is as good as any you can find in the battery powered market. I have gas powered. Gas powered have more force and you can refill gas to easily run all day. If you are needing professional level for long days of use get the gas powered. But for every day home owner use, this battery powered blower is plenty adequate for power, no need for messing around with gas and maintenance of gas powered. Battery power limits the period of time you will use it to about 15-20 minutes at full force, you can get a more time if you do not use it at full force, perhaps 1/2 hour using a 4Ah Battery. Most jobs do not require much more time than that for a home owner. If you are running this tool at full force it will heat the battery to the point that it must cool before recharging. I have several batteries for all my tools so that is not such a problem for me, I always have a few fully charged already. For the guy who has only 1 or 2 batteries it might be a problem if you have BIG jobs that you want to do today. . Put the hot battery after using it into your refrigerator to cool it down. They do get hot! It will allow you to recharge the battery much quicker than wating for it to cool at room temperature. I would reccomend having two 4Ah batteries charged up when you start your work. Use the first and put it in the refrigerator, use the second and then start recharging the first while you put your second battery in the fridge. Grab a beer while your at it and wait for the first battery to charge. Put your second battery now cooled onto the charger and get back to work!I am very pleased with my new blower. I used it to blow out my garage, driveway, patio and sidewalks with a 4Ah and 2 Ah battery. I used it blow off my roof and blow leaves out of my gutters with two 4Ah batteries. Plenty enough power and having 2 batteries gave me enough longevity to finish the job. If you want to blow your lawn of leaves and more, then plan to charge you batteries to get the job finished.

Title: Powerful and reasonably light.
Review: I got tired of using a broom to clear leaves off of my deck because I'd have to move all the furniture around each time. Since I already had DeWalt batteries, I decided to stick with the brand for a leaf blower. I'm glad I decided to purchase this blower because it saves a lot of time and irritation when clearing leaves and walnuts from my deck, patio, sidewalk, and porch. Others have mentioned the short battery life, but I can get the job done even with my smallest battery. Besides, it takes quite a bit of power to move that much air!

Title: PLENTY of POWER & RUN TIME
Review: Plenty of power and run time for my use. Front & Rear Porches and Steps...Front Sidewalk...Carport...Long cement water drain runs length of property. Debris was leaves, pine straw & cones, small sticks. I ran on variable speed using the trigger, which is extremely easy to pull. I did not lock in the speed...which works very well. This only used one bar...two bars remaining. I have a large rear rock patio, runs length of house and another cement water drain that runs the lenth of property on the other side of my house, I will be adding to my time...one battery should more than enough to take care of me needs. I have 3 batteries...lots of blowing. AGAIN...PLENTY OF POWER & RUN TIME !!!In my opinion, a large percntage of the negatlive reviews on not enough run time...these people probably need to step up to a gas powered blower for efficiency. I have a 205mph backpack for my property...yard, but I really love the convience of grabbing this Electric Dewalt and quickly blow debris around the house and the water drains, keeping the interior floors of my house clean and rain water flowing off the property.

Title: Dewalt battery blower - Hurricane tested
Review: I purchased this Dewalt battery powered blower just to have and use for small jobs around the garage and driveway. Never thought two weeks later Iâd be using this to clean Hurricane Milton storm debris from my house and seven neighbors. No power, no problem. Little unit packs a punch and worked on anything not too heavy. Blew the debris into piles and my neighbors bagged it up. A little over 4 hours and weâre done. Only problem I had was two 20volt 6ah batteries werenât enough, but was able to use my solar power bank to recharge the batteries fairly quickly. Will be getting a couple of more batteries when things calm down. Would highly recommend this product and all Dewalt products!

Review: This compact blower does great work on small jobs, deck cleaning etc. It does use a lot of battery power so maybe order another battery as well. I will still use my gas backpack plower for bigger job but this one is great for daily small cleanups
