Title: Sturdy and Dishwasher Proof
Review: These work great, and despite another reviewer posting pictures of melted handles supposedly caused by the dishwasher, the ones I received do well in the dishwasher. Of course I place them on the top shelf so they aren't near the heating elements as the handles are potted with some sort of plastic or synthetic material.

Review: I had purchased a set of turkey lifters years ago and it came in handy every Thanksgiving. My cousin liked them so much that I gave him my set... then I hit Amazon to buy another pair (the RSVP Endurance Stainless Steel Turkey Lifters).I would say the lifter design is above average. The handles provide a good grip. The wide spread prongs make the turkey stable. If you can lift the turkey pan out of the oven, then you can easily lift the turkey from the pan to carving surface.The lifters are also a useful when carving, particularly when removing the legs and wings.

Review: These turkey forks are well made and strong. We lifted an 18 lb turkey with them and they didn’t bend at all. You need to pierce the turkey with the prongs to hold it. It was stronger than I expected. Then my husband and I took a photo of us together each holding one of the turkey forks in front of us. I then posted it on our Facebook page next to the painting American Gothic. We got a lot of comments on it.

Review: These are handsome, sharp (be careful!) and very useful for cooks who roast chickens, turkeys, pork and beef. Helpful to lift the roast out so one can make gravy in the roasting pan, and to place the roast on a serving platter. These made a hit when I gave them to my son-in-law who is our master chef for holiday meals!
