Title: Fantastic for working from home
Review: I bought this to get in more motion while working from home. It's a great device, way easier than using a mini treadmill (once you get used to it), and feels like it gives a better workout.Pros:* Adjustable height provides a good variety of difficulties* I really break a sweat while using it* Based on my own calculations, calorie tracking seems to be fairly accurate* Very portable* Best option I've found for WFH workouts* Quiet enough even for office use, I've used it in my cubicle and no one has noticed* Remembers your progress for as long as you don't reset it, which is nice to track steps throughout the dayCons:* It does "click" every time a step contacts the bar. Sticking an old dishtowel on top of the bar fixed this.* Technically, resistance can't be adjusted, only height. But I really don't mind with how great it is.Overall, it was worth the money and I would recommend it. I hope it lasts many years.

Review: I would say it is high quality from my experience of it being my first stepper, I would say it works good, it feels good using it and it hurts my legs while I use it and I think that’s a good thing and I would say overall it’s a good exercise equipment and it’s small so easy to store and very effective at working out your legs and glutes.

Review: I recently purchased the Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands, primarily to target my thighs, and it has exceeded my expectations.The stepper is incredibly easy to pedal, making it user-friendly even for beginners. You can start using it right out of the box with really minimal setup.Versatile Workout Options. One of the best features is the option to use the resistance bands or not. With the bands, you get a comprehensive workout that targets your thighs and arms. Without the bands, you still get a good cardio session, but the resistance on the thighs isn’t as intense.Creative and Fun Movements. You can be creative with your movements, which keeps the workout interesting. I especially enjoy adopting side-to-side hip movements, which also benefit the waist area. This versatility makes the exercise more enjoyable and less monotonous.Low Noise Level: ( I wish there was no noise at all) My stepper isn’t particularly noisy. However, I try to avoid using it late at night as even the minimal noise can seem louder in the quiet of the night.Compact and Easy to Store: You can easily store it under the bed, on the balcony, or under your office desk, making it perfect for small spaces.Overall, this stepper is a fantastic addition to my home gym. Review: Can pretty much use right out of the box. Light enough to move around the house as needed, yet sturdy for being so minimal in size. Love the resistance bands too - all in all, this stepper provides a pretty good little workout for legs, arms and core.

Title: Yes! Great purchase!!!!!
Review: I purchased this item over a year ago, but I didn’t begin using it until this year (2024). My workout abilities weren’t ready for it honestly and it’s been in package it came in until. This year using it, it’s been super effective, shoes on or socks. Still works as long as under feet are dry. Resistance bands will let you know by next day that it works great. I love it. I began a 90 day workout with it, it’s day 62 30min 2x 6 days a week, and it squeaks very loudly. Screws came undone on the side a few time and is easy to fix. Not sure how to maintain without squeaks, but still works. I’m happy with it, but I recommend the insurance with it due to loud squeak noise. So happy with how is coming along. And excited to see my results after my 99 days. No parts missing, great display, great value for money, size could be bigger(I’m a thicker woman), smooth until it started squealing.

Title: Niceday Steppers for Exercise, Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands
Review: I bought this Stair Stepper on August 19, 2024. I must say that I am highly impressed !! It comes fully assembled, but for adding the Resistance Bands, which is very easy to do !! It is solidly built, and easy to use. Going on vacation, then take it with you !! It is an excellent leg workout, that will increase your heart rate, burn calories, and cause a good sweat !! It has a monitor that I am not real familiar with yet, as I have other monitors that I like to use !! To be honest, I wish it did not have a monitor, as I have thoughts about removing it, if possible !! Today is August 20, 2024 , and I have only used this stepper six times, so it is my plan to come back in a month or two and rewrite this review !! As it stands right now, I highly recommend this Stair Stepper !! FIVE STARS and TWO BIG THUMBS UP !!

Title: One year later and it's broken!
Review: I'm not sure the life span for every one else's mini stepper, but I had purchased this on August 10, 2023 and today, September 18, 2024 it broke beyond what I believe I can repair myself.I would say I've used this in spurts. I get a wild hair every couple of months where I use it once a day for less than 45 mins for about 3 weeks, before I lose interest. So I wouldn't say that this has been used every day since it was purchased. I would say about 50% of the last year (and that's probably generous)While I was stepping this morning I heard a chunk and it looks like my cable has pulled clean out of the piece it was attached to. I'm not sure I will be able to fix this myself.I was hoping to get more life out of the stepper and up until this point I would say I was pretty pleased with the product! Obviously things don't last, but it's a sad day.

Review: I find it fun to do when watching TV or during work webinars/training. But, unless I'm using the arm bands, I find it hard to get my heart rate above the fat burning zone.Also, I'd like the resistance to be higher. I find it's good for the first 5 min, but then it softens up way too much. For reference, I'm 185lbs. Unless I do it in a squatted position, it doesn't tire out my legs.
