Title: This actually massages.
Review: So I got this because my back muscles are always tense. I have lots of different tools for massaging muscles on me, but all of them require me to contort myself in some way to get my back muscles. I wanted something that would massage the muscles while I could be in a relaxed state.I tried Comfier’s vibrating back massage first but that one doesn’t do anything other than vibrate a little bit. I needed something that really could dig in. So I returned the vibrating one for this shiatsu version. It actually massages the muscles.I really like that this can do your whole back from the base of the spine up to the bottom of your skull but can also target just the upper or lower portions of the back and you can set it anywhere along its path to stop and spot treat an area.I haven’t used the heating yet as it is still summer, but I think in the winter it will be helpful for when my body just isn’t warm enough to loosen up the muscles.

Title: Works well, a little too well....
Review: I love the different functions of this chair. It has a nice variety and reaches my entire back. Only thing I'd say is that it really goes hard. Stick to the recommended time limit the chair has otherwise you could end up soar the next day.The chair is comfortable when it's on, but not so much when it's off. The noise level is also not an issue at all. I'm able to comfortably watch TV or work at my desk without the sound being an issue.Great chair for the price, use it too long and you'll feel it for sure. I wouldn't call it gentle so put a blanket over the back if it's too rough.

Review: I am 5'5 with a longer torso and this goes all the way up to my neck and down to my tail bone. It feels incredible and really helps reduce tension and massage any sore muscles. My shoulders are always tense so I'm really happy that this goes even higher for me! By default this massager is on the highest setting and does a full body shiatsu massage. There is a 2D and 3D setting which I believe changes the way the massagers rotate. You can also use the rolling setting and control where the rollers go with the up/down arrows. There is also a setting for just the upper or lower part of your body. Finally the seat massager just vibrates. I don't really use it and apparently it heats up. I recommend using this while seated, but if you need a little more intensity you could try laying down on the lowest strength setting (there is low and high). I also believe this will automatically turn off after 15mins but it's easy enough to turn on again since the remote is attached and half an arms length away. The massager is lightweight and easy to carry but it is a bit bulky and annoying. So I prefer to keep it in it's designated chair. It also has straps so that it stays on the seat and won't fall. My family and I have already used this dozens of times throughout a couple of weeks so this is well worth the money!

Title: Phenomenal Shiatsu Massage!
Review: I have had a $7000+ Massage chair that I used primarily for my back, which I needed to replace. Searching Amazon I found the Comfier Shiatsu Massage Cushion priced at under $125. Not being optimistic that this cushion would give me the massage intensity desired I decided to give it a try. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. Not only does it provide a phenomenal Shiatsu massage, with ability to zone in on full, upper, and lower back separately, but it give you 2D or 3D massage styles, with a choice of low or high intensities., and a heat activation button. There is also a rolling action to massage gently, and a seat vibration massage. Thank you COMFIER for saving me thousands of dollars on a new chair!

Title: Broken but still works great on my lower back.
Review: This product was delivered broken. The nodules go all the way up to the shoulders and neck when on full back or upper back setting, but then there is a clicking noise and they don't move back down again unless I change the setting to lower back. Also, they feel a little too far over to the right. But when I use it on my lower back only it does a wonderful job of relieving lower back pain so I've been using it anyway. The nodules do feel a bit harsh in places but a pillow solves that problem. I really don't want to go through the trouble of returning it as it mostly does what I bought it for in spite of the damage. I'm going to contact the seller and see what they can do.Edit 12/17/21: After sending the seller a short video of the problem, they sent a replacement and it works perfectly. Excellent customer service!

Review: this is my second massage seat/back from Comfier on a bit of a budget. while I enjoyed the $80 model for the past 3 years, I needed a replacement. the $100 model i chose is a fantastic budget massager imo, i wasn't prepared for melting into my chair after initial use. would buy again for self or gift..

Title: Do not buy! The product is nearly perfect, but it rips the seams in the head rest first day
Review: I bought this hoping it would help my back and it did but on the second time I used it the rotating balls get hung up on the seam that is near the headrest area and it gets stuck and it starts slapping a metal piece inside thinking it’s gonna break it. You immediately unplug it and unsnag the material. I got a replacement, and it did the exact same thing and it rips out the stitching between the two different types of material. Why do they think they have to put a different type of material at the headrest must’ve been some food, food designer, decision, and not an engineer not approving that. Too bad it’s almost perfect. So close yet so far away.

Review: Ce masseur est tres bien: il aide vraiment à réduire les tensions musculaires. C'est vrai que le massage est intense, mais pour ma part, j'aime bien cela 😉 Le réglage en hauteur de la zone à masser est vraiment tres pratique pour cibler les zones les plus douloureuses. Le systeme 2D et 3D permet d'alterner les types de massages, tres bien aussi. Je n'utilise pas la fonction vibrante, par contre j'utilise bcp la fonction chauffante. Je l'utilise sur mon canapé et le déplace quotidiennement : c'est très facile car le fauteuil est tres légé et a un système de connexion electrique qui permet de déconnecter uniquement le fauteuil. Finalement, un bon rapport qualité prix.

Review: Es lo que esperaba. De buena construcción, los masajes son fuertes, tiene 3 modos de masajes y se puede regular la posicion, espalda baja o alta, o elegir el punto regulandolo uno mismo. También el masaje puede hacerse caliente. Para sentir el calor es recomendable hacerlo con ropa fina.Lo unico que no logro entender, es su función de vibración en el asiento. De resto, muy bueno, lo uso cuando me levanto y se siente muy bien.
