Title: Just what my Back Needed!
Review: Once again Sunny delivers. It is well built and designed. Great adjustment features. Really good stability and easy to move around. This is ideal for a small room. It is not bulky. This was selected with that in mind. If you have the space spend the extra money for larger unit. I am 5 10 and it is a good size. If youâre taller I would consider one that is larger, better padding, larger foot pad and larger framing. So far the back extension portion of the unit works well. There are multiple advantages to the adjustments once can make. The dipping bar is great and handled my weight well. No unit shake. The unit does not move. The padding is ok not the greatest. The foot rest is generally okay but wish it was wider and one piece. I found it easy to put together. And they group the parts separately to help build each section. Good directions.

Title: Awesome Product
Review: I was genuinely impressed with the quality of this product, especially considering its size and price point. It's rare to find something that combines usability and affordability so seamlessly. The attention to detail is evident; from the robust materials to its thoughtful design, every aspect exudes a sense of craftsmanship that exceeds my expectations. When I stumbled upon this deal, I was initially skeptical, but using it has proven it to be an unbeatable value.

Title: Easy to set up, move and use.
Review: Amazon roman chair reviewThis about the adjustable angle Sunny health & Fitness Hyperextension Roman Chair. I specify that because there was no way to differentiate the Amazon reviews when I was doing my research and most reviews were for the basic model.Fyi, I'm 5'11" or 181cm and 168lbs or 76kg. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase and I'm hopeful that it will play a big role in strengthening my back and overall core.Things are like:1.I can easily do reverse hyper-extensions. This was a big thing for me and almost no reviews mentioned this.2. The cushions on the foam rollers, the part that helps secure your legs, are more than adequate. I expected less cushioning so it was a nice surprise.3. The foam rollers aren't fixed. You can tighten it into one position and maybe you're supposed to do that, but I've found that leaving this loose allows the foam rollers to easily move to a "just-right" position for whatever I'm using it for.4. I can do side obliques, reverse hyper-extensions, sit-ups, dips and push ups. If your upper body is already very strong you won't get any value doing push-ups, but if you're recovering from an injury or starting out building upper body strength this works quite nicely.5. I can secure elastic exercise bands to the handles, and use the entire unit as a counterweight for adduction and abduction exercises. I'm sure you can find other places to secure exercise bands to do a whole range of other exercises.6. Painting the adjustable leg red is a nice touch as you always want to be clear where this brace is positioned before you use the chair.7. The base of the red adjustable leg extends out in opposite directions to form a large "T-base" that gives an extra sense of security that this swivel-leg doesn't slip out from under you when you're exercising. No other similar product from competitors, that I have seen, have a swivel base that extends out to form a similar "T-base".8. It was easy to set up. In fact, the only thing you have to do is secure the foam pads (where your hips rest) to the frame. And that's it; ready to use. Each pad requires four screws that come with the unit.9. The entire unit is heavy enough to make you feel secure but light enough to be lifted very easily.10.The little wheels at the base allows you to wheel the unit to wherever you like. Very helpful as you don't want to lift it up all the time and many times I just want to collapse it and wheel it to a nearby wall. What I don't like:1. The hip pads are a bit hard. Some more padding would be appreciated.2. There is no guidance about how high to adjust the frame so as to avoid hurting your back, or discomfort for men if they set the height too low. When too low the split between the pads caused me much discomfort. The split between the two pads is marketed as a benefit to men, but I've laid face down on many a bench and my boys have never felt uncomfortable. With this split between the pads, I now have to be careful about how my boys "fit" or don't fit into the gap. The current height adjustment I use means that my boys are mostly at the bottom of the pads where the pads begin and the gap is widest. Women of course will not have any issues. My point though is that one thickly cushioned pad would have been preferable to me.3. The knob to secure the slideable central beam doesn't give a smooth "slide and click" experience. It took some playing around with it before I found my correct height, and also felt it securely click in place. This is not a problem as I'm the only one using the chair. I don't think this will be a real issue even if you have to change the height often as I'm sure you'll get the hang of pulling the knob and sliding it to the click sound.4. One of the supplied screws was defective and I had to go to hardware and hunt for one that would work. Would be nice if they could have checked them beforehand or just supplied a couple extra in case of this problem.5. It is just a bit shaky but every competitor's product that is based on only one central support instead of support on each side (below each of your arms) will wobble. That's unavoidable, and the wobble only occurs when you are getting on or off the machine as most people will invariably favour one side of their body first when they mount or dismount the chair. The good news is that it doesn't seem at all unsafe. There is nothing I have done that gave me the slightest concern that it would tip over in any direction.Concerns:Over the long term, I wonder how well the frame will stand up to corrosion. If I was over 250 lbs I'm not sure the unit would feel as secure.Overall, for the price, I think this is a really good buy and I highly recommend it.

Title: Solid Roman Chair
Review: At a 350 pound weight capacity, it is more than adequate. Iâm using it for back rehab and strengthening of the lower back muscles to prevent future injury. Not difficult to assemble. Assembly hardware is included with an appropriate Allen wrench and a conventional wrench. A socket wrench could be handy if you have one, but it isnât essential. Everything you need ito assemble it was in the package. No missing hardware. Assembly time was about 20 minutes.I knew instantly that it was the right choice for my lower back. It folds reasonably flat, and the two wheels on the back leg help in putting the chair away.

Title: Know the height/weight limit on Sunny products!
Review: Iâve had Sunny products before (got a nice small elliptical that I used for several years). They are a great value for the price as long as you realize a VERY IMPORTANT fact: they are made for women/smaller persons and they are made for lighter persons. Thatâs why all their equipment features shots of women using them. The max poundage on most of their products is 250 lbs, though Iâd personally rate them around 215 tops. I would anecdotally put the max height for many products at 5â10â.These devices are light and will stay stable when used by smaller people. If youâre six feet tall, donât buy Sunny equipment. If youâre shorter but over 200 lbs, I would look elsewhere for sturdier equipment. I am 5â8â and 165 lbs. This roman chair is a great size for me, feels sturdy enough when I use it and is therefore a great value for its price. But anyone taller or heavier will find this and other Sunny products too small, too flimsy or too unstable.I use this chair for back extensions and reverse hyper extensions, no problems. But just bear in mind it is NOT gym-quality equipment and will not have the stability and heavier max weight of gym equipment. It was easy enough to assemble, I mostly did it while making phone calls over the course of an hour or so.

Review: This thing is sturdy enough for my needs. I got it because I was starting to experience lower back pain as a result of poor posture, having a desk job, and not exercising my back nearly enough. It is easy to assemble. Yes, I spray painted it a more exciting blue colour because, well, the dull grey didnât inspire me to use it. Easy enough to spray paint whatever colour youâd like. More importantly, Iâm 5â9 and 140lb and it handles my weight fine. There are additional holes where you can extend if you are taller (still quite a lot of extension available for me to use). The foam pad for your legs isnât the greatest but for the price I canât complain - it gets the job done. Lastly, I put my feet against the back of the stand, but it would be better if it had a back foot plate. The handles are also quite small, but this is not a commercial machine and it has held up to my use (2x a week) for almost a full year now without any issues or concerns. Itâs stable enough for me to feel secure when holding onto 2x 20lbs dumbbells for weighted extensions. You can probably add even more, but at that point, the pad might start feeling uncomfortable against your pelvis. If you can get it at a reasonable price, it will help your back. No back pain for me since Iâve been using this!

Review: In the product photos this Roman chair looks like it might be a bit flimsy. It isnât. Itâs very robust and very solidly made with enough weight to be stable. It also looks good. Assembly is surprisingly straightforward, with about four main assembly stages. The nuts and bolts for each stage of the assembly are encased in small numbered bubble packs, so you just open each pack as you get to that stage. The only tools needed are a small spanner and an Allen key, both of which are supplied. I particularly like the fact that this device is easy to fold after use and has wheels fitted on the bottom so you can easily move it to its storage place. The only downside is that adjusting the height of the pads is a bit fiddly but once you have them correctly positioned you probably wonât need to change the setting unless more than one person of differing height is using the device or you need to adjust the height upwards in order to use the dip bars more comfortably. All in all I have been very impressed. A Roman chair that looks well built and hopefully should last a long time.
Customers say
Customers like the ease of assembly, value for money, and functionality of the fitness bench. They mention it's super easy to put together, works well for a home gym, and is pretty good for its price. Some are also happy with the foldability and strength. However, some customers are disappointed with the comfort and disagree on its sturdiness and size.
