Title: Great for smoking turkeys
Review: I used this in a smoker to cook a 11 lb. turkey. It held the turkey securely above the drip pan, and I liked it that the bottom of the turkey was above the juice. I appears to be made of stainless steel… I see some disagreement about that in the reviews, but this looks like stainless to me, not something chrome plated. Cleanup was easy. I soaked it over night, then used a blue scrubby pad to (easily) scrub the smoke off the shiny metal I am happy with it, and would recommend it.

Review: When you are doing a turkey with a wet rub or barbeque with sauce you may as well accept now that some time and steel wool is going to be an additional price of suing this rack - very sturdy and well designed. Kind of hard to find a good place to store it. Irreplaceable for smoking a turkey on your egg.

Review: Bought the v-shape rack and it rocked about an inch from side to side when flipped for use on the "rib" side so I exchanged it for another one. The second one was worse. It rocked on both sides. Seems the racks were manufactured with a warp or twist in the metal welds. I had to return for a refund.
