Title: Does not work all the time
Review: I used this product for about 15 nights. Some nights it worked but most nights it felt like it enhanced my wakefulness. For what I paid for these I would have expected a better result. Very disappointed.

Title: Did not work for me.
Review: I have occasional insomnia. The more stress the higher frequency of insomnia. I struggle to quiet my mind. I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it only worked for one night. However, it seems to work for my adult son who has occasional sleep struggles like me. Also, it is expensive at $50 for 30 tabs. I subtracted 1 star for price, -1 star for not working for me, but 3 stars for working for my son.

Title: Not for Me: Contains Melatonin (and Valerian)
Review: I decided to try this herbal formula as all the photos and information on the Amazon product page did NOT mention it contains melatonin. Like “drowsy” antihistamines, melatonin leaves me groggy the next morning, almost feeling hungover.When I received the package, I read the ingredients statement. I have included photos of the back of the package to help others know exactly what is in this product. In fact, melatonin is an ingredient in their “Proprietary Blend.” But it was the last ingredient listed in the blend, which should mean it is the least used among all the ingredients. So I decided to try it last night. While it did help me fall asleep, sure enough, I awoke the next morning groggy and with a headache. I had to take some ibuprofen – the headache was bad enough. I regularly use another melatonin-free herbal sleep aid with no morning issues, so I’m sure it’s the melatonin that just does not agree with my system.Might work well for others. But if you have a sensitivity to melatonin, skip this product. Note, it also contains valerian, which some people also do not tolerate well. See the photos for a full list of ingredients.
