4. When finished the process of cooking ,you can take out food and use the leaving juice to make gravy!

Title: Large Is Right -- Two Turkey Breast Size
Review: Our resident turkey cook can really turn out excellent baked turkeys. Every one of them has been cooked in a bag at a specific temperature in the same oven for the same number of minutes per pound. Holiday in and holiday out, they are great.So, finding ten, large bags made mouths water. OK, not exactly, but they will.These things are big -- Like extra-large turkey size. We have down-sized to turkey breasts, instead of full birds, in recent years. So, these should handle more than one breast . . . Which is something for which we can be thankful.

Title: Not as thick as other oven bags I have used
Review: These large oven bags work OK but they are not a strong as others I have used. I would call them light duty. The packaging on these bags was not sealed. All I had to do was flip open the envelope type closure to access the bags. There was not safety seal, tape or glue securing the closure.
