Review: Turned out to be a great gift (as I hoped!); she enthusiastically cooked something delicious the next day! For a true cook, this is a hit, probably for ANY person who cooks, or who may simply watch the show and wonder, can I cook? ... they'll all probably love it, too. Title: Book, great! Hellish Cover sleeve?
Review: I have been watching this show from the beginning and always said I wish I had some of those recipes. This book not only has the recipes, but a history of the show and a great section on the tools the chefs used to create these dishes. They are not overly complicated or have ingredients that are hard to find either like some of the cookbooks out there, even from Gordon Ramsay! The only issue I had with the physical book was the cover sleeve looks like it went through Hells Kitchen to get here!
