Review: This Neam Gel lumbar support pillow has a zipper on the back which allows you to remove it and put it in the refrigerator or freezer to get it cold and act like a cold compress. Once it is cold you can put it back on the polyurethane pillow so you can use it as a cold compress. The design helps with the pain relief. You can position it wherever you need it from your lumbar back or up around your neck. It is a great value for the money. I would recommend it and would purchase it again.

Title: Great support for the lower back/lumbar on the couch or in a chair.
Review: Bought this thinking it would help my back pain, but it gave me back pain when sleeping with it that I can barely move. I tried it with the gel sleeve on and tried it with the gel sleeve a few nights, thinking I just needed to get used to it and no relief. Sleeping with it made my back pain worse!However, It's great pain relief and support while sitting with it in a chair or on the couch. Would not recommend this for sleeping for lower back pain. Helps with lower back pain if you use it while sitting.

Title: Helped my back pain
Review: I was in a horrible cycle of pain. This allowed me to get some relief so that I could do my exercises and stretches. Don't misunderstand me, this didn't fix me, it helped alleviate terrible pain to manageable so that I could do the the physical therapy. Don't' think this is a cure, you need to stretch and strengthen your back if you really want long term relief.

Title: Not COOLING GEL!!
Review: I received my lumbar support pillow with Cooling jell. The arch support is helping my back however there is no such thing as cooling gel on this pillow!! There is the blue part however it is midly hard and DOES NOT COOL!! It’s not jelly feeling at all!!! Very deceiving company to lie about their pillow!

Title: Just what I needed
Review: I ordered this lumbar support because I was waking up with back pains as I slept on my side. I did my research and the pain was because of the void from the bed not touching my side. The pillow keeps me aligned while I sleep (also has a cool gel top good for night sweats). I highly recommend this pillow it is soft and nice to sleep on.
