We wanted to avoid having to butcher the lobster while also being able to clean it and make it safe to eat. We created this neat tool to help us enjoy what we love, fresh seafood, and knew that others who enjoy catching their own lobsters would too.

Durable Material

Our lobster deveiner is able to withstand the punishment of constant use. You’ll also find it easy to take care of and clean it due to the product being top rack dishwasher safe.

Step 1

Take the lobster tail, or whole lobster if you prefer to keep the head attached to the tail, and flip it over belly up so you can insert the lobster intestinal remover tool.

Step 2

Insert the barbed part of the lobster tail cleaning tool into the lobster’s anus, about half way. Rotate the lobster intestinal remover clockwise, for half a turn.

Step 3

Hold the tail firm and pull the tool straight out. Attached will be the intestinal tract, and your lobster is now ready to be cooked to your preference.

Clean Your Lobster Without Its Own Antenna

Our tool borrows its design from the naturally occurring spikes on a lobster's antenna. Divers typically use the antenna in the same way our tool is used, but the problem with that is that the antenna can break inside the lobster, and the spikes go down the entire length of the antenna, which can lead to injury.

Title: Great tool
Review: This should have been invented years ago. My only problem with this, was that it seems like the spines were either not sharp enough or not enough on it to begin with. It did not want to grip the vein very good, and had to resort back to using an antenna. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with it.
