Title: Does the job!
Review: Had to get this remote cause I accidentally washed my old one with the laundry. I was worried if it would work my TV, but I’m happy to say it works perfectly. I didn’t need to do any fancy setup to connect it to my TV. All I did was pop in the batteries, point and click. It was that easy. I really enjoy the shortcut buttons on the front. I’m glad I was able to select a remote that had the apps that I use regularly. I would definitely recommend this remote.

Title: Spot on as described.
Review: When the package arrived, I inserted the batteries and aimed at the TV and wall-la, TV was on and working! There is NO set up, just install the batteries and aim at the TV. I have the TCL - Roku TV.

Title: Received a heavily used remote when I was expecting a new one
Review: The remote sent to us has multiple buttons worn down with the button logos faded, you can also barely see the "TCL Roku TV" logo at the bottom of the remote since it's been worn down so much. This remote has definitely been used before, is 100% note new, and nothing in this item description indicates that I'd be receiving a used product which is extremely frustrating. 1 star for falsely advertising what is being sold.
