Title: Turkey success
Review: This has been an amazing addition to my kitchen arsenal, especially during the holidays. I used it for a medium-sized turkey last Thanksgiving, and it performed wonderfully. Title: so I'd be better served with a simpler "flat" rack
Review: Works well. No problem with the chrome chipping or anything. It's a little hard to clean because the racks flop about as your washing them. In retrospect I don't need the ability to raise the racks at an angle, so I'd be better served with a simpler "flat" rack. For me personally, it's a 3-star, but for what it is, I'm going to rate it 4 because I think it does the job it was designed for very well.

Title: Very nice roasting rack
Review: This arrived in a timely manner, 1 day after initial expect date, but we were informed of the delay. It was not a big deal as I don't immediately need it, just something I wanted for future use. It looks very sturdy, and fits perfectly in the 9x13 pan as noted in product description. It also came properly assembled, as some other reviews noted it was missing a piece or was not assembled correctly. I also like the fact that the racks can be laid flat for storage. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

Title: I love love love this
Review: I make a fresh ham in the oven and I used to set it right on the rack and place a pan of water underneath so the fat that falls doesnt smoke up the house. I was able to sit my ham on this so it didnt sit in the water in a pan of water and no mess to clean up and folds up to fit anywhere

Title: Re-assembly probably required
Review: It took me a while to put the pieces in the correct positions. A little “pull here,” “push there” required…. I bought this to replace one I have used for years which is gummied up with old grease, rust, etc… so I KNEW it came with the pieces in the wrong positions.. don’t be afraid to pull the loose pieces off & put them on in the correct positions. It’ll work the way it was intended.

Review: I initially bought a vertical roaster and it didn't fit without removing a rack from the oven, knowing myself and how lazy I am 😉 I knew I would not use it so I purchased this one. I just roasted a chicken and it came out perfectly, evenly cooked and not sitting in it's own fat.Mission accomplished also it fit easily in a standard pyrex tapered lasagna pan.
