Title: Fabulous Steamer
Review: This steamer is perfect and works exactly as advertised. Title: Works good but…
Review: I think this product works well and gets the job done. I don’t regret buying it. However, there are a couple of things that could have made it better, and they do bother me a bit.Firstly, the tank is pretty small, so if you’re steaming or ironing a lot, it might need a refill halfway through. However, this small tank also contributes to the compact size, which could be a benefit if you plan on traveling with it.Another issue I have is with the button design. On the side of the machine, there’s a warning to make sure the button is toggled off before plugging it in. Since it’s just a button press (it stays pressed when on and depressed when off), it can be hard to tell if it’s on or off unless you click it a few times. In this case, a switch that made the status more obvious would be better.Lastly, it would have been nice if the machine paused automatically when set down in the correct position, like a regular iron. For example, if I’m steaming with the nozzle positioned horizontally and want to set the machine down to reposition the garment, I’d like it to automatically turn off when I twist the nozzle vertically. If I wanted to use the device vertically, I could just pick it up and use it like a normal iron, where it would activate when pressed down on the surface of an ironing board.Overall i am happy with it, but I think a typical iron might be better in some cases.

Title: Dangerous to operate.
Review: Please do not purchase this dangerous, accident prone item.I was excited about purchasing this sleek, easily stowed away hand steamer until I received it. Unfortunately, the plate does not cool down when powered off. You have to unplug the device in order to make the plates cool down. That means if you mistakenly leave it plugged in, powering it off alone will not prevent injury. Needless to say, I was burned twice, trying to troubleshoot it.I contacted the seller and explained this issue in detail. I asked if it was supposed to function that way, and they said no. They assured me that this was uncharacteristic and sent me another steamer, which did exactly the same thing. So now I have two steamers that could burn me again, catch fire, or hurt a child if not unplugged. Very poorly made item. Going to trash them since they didn’t even ask for them back when I offered.Do not recommend.

Review: My steamer stopped working after 9 months. I reached out to customer service and after troubleshooting they decided to kindly replace it with a new one. I just recvd the replacement and I can’t thank them enough because this steamer gets the job done after sewing my sweaters/wool jackets.

Title: Impressive little hand steamer
Review: I actively look for clothes that do not wrinkle because I do not have an ironing table. This hand steamer is perfect for the few items that do come out of the dryer wrinkled and that I wear on special occasions. It has a sleek design and is compact in size. Purified or distilled water goes into the little container at the bottom of the steamer. It is pretty powerful for a such a compact item and also user friendly. After waiting for the product to heat up for 15 seconds, steam comes out of it immediately once I push the button/turn it on. There is no wait time and I can steam my clothes that are hanging up or lying flat on a surface. The steamer head can also be rotated which makes it easier to steam my wrinkled clothes. It comes with accessories, including a bag for storage and a heat protective glove to prevent scalding of the hand holding the steamer. Another bonus with this product is that it comes with a three-year warranty, which is great because there is always a chance of me accidentally damaging it since I travel back and forth. Thus far, I have had no issues and have been loving this compact, travel-friendly steamer. I 100% recommend it if you are looking for something to transform your crinkled clothes to smooth, neat looking outfits without the need of an iron board.
