Title: Biscotti Heaven
Review: Love, love, love the biscotti recipe's. I never thought there would be so much variations to it & by going through the recipes, I'm kinda blown away by the minimal ingredients and the simplicity of it's preparation. I mean there are some that are complicated but it's still better than baking a cake or something. Also, I love biscotti!!!!

Title: Interesting and informative
Review: I had no idea that there are so many variations to shortbread. This book is certainly eye opening in regard to the numerous and exotic forms of shortbread. The reader is introduced to teff (an ancient grain from southern Africa), Mahlab (a spice made from the stone of a species of wild sour cherry found in western Asia), and Katsuobushi (bonito flakes which is made from dried, smoked, and fermented skipjack tuna). The recipes are clear and easy to follow. Specific instructions for the unusual forms of shortbread are detailed and complete. For someone interested in exploring the varieties of shortbread, this book is ideal.

Title: Shortbread Obsessed
Review: Admittedly, I am obsessed with shortbread! Wanted a book with many variations to try. This is a smaller cookbook, but of good quality. The only downside is that the print is pretty small and difficult to read, especially for my older eyes. LOL! Need to get out my readers or even a magnifying glass to see the recipes properly. I am hoping they will not disappoint.

Title: Little is a good description
Review: The format of this book is so small and it is bound so tight that it is impossible to use while baking. It will not lay flat when open. Also, the font is small and rather dim. The recipes may be good, but I will never know unless I photocopy and enlarge them. Even then, I doubt that this volume will lie flat on the copy machine unless I break the back of the book.

Title: What you would expect
Review: I enjoyed reading these recipes, however, I wish there were some photos of each type of bread (or some of them) to help make the book more engaging. Regardless, the recipes are easy to follow and helpful. I plan to make some shortbread this weekend. Overall, provides the information you need to bake some delicious bread!
