Title: Works Great,
Review: This is a dream compared to the mess we had before cleaning and gathering the grease. 1st time, I cooked a lb of bacon, in newave cooker. Pulled out the rack and sat on the bottom. I think this is why it cooked mostly evenly all over. I doubled the pieces and wrapped over the bars evenly 1st for 14 minutes. Then took some needle nose pliers and pulled them out, flattened on plate and then reversed position on the bars. Cooked around another 9 minutes till complete. They turned out Great. Cleanup was the easiest I have ever had with bacon. Just pored the hot grease in trash and then wiped with paper towels to remove most of the slightly stuck on. Then cooked the next lb same way. This thing looks flimsey, and will probably break sometime thru the yrs, but well worth the money.

Title: Works Great! Tastes Great!
Review: Microwaved a whole pound of bacon in the microwave with no mess at all. The tray caught all the grease which was easily poured into a jar and saved for cooking.

Title: Works, need short bacon
Review: Works great, easier than stove or oven. All the bacon I've tried so far hangs down into the grease. Most even touch the bottom on both sides of the bacon slice. Needs taller mast things by like a half inch. Then would be perfect. Or spend the time cutting the slices in half, but then your bacon is tiny! It kind of scared me how much popping and smoke was in the microwave the first time i used it, but I got used to halfway through cooking. Gets really crispy if you go for 1 min per slice. Like really really crispy. I recommend 35-40 sec per slice unless you have really thick slices, then maybe 45-50 sec. At least for my microwave. Not sure what wattage. Make sure to pour the grease into a can or jar right away before it hardens, unless you want to be scraping it out later. Or I guess could just reheat the grease and pour it later. I try to do it right away. Also if you have somewhere dust free to store it, don't really need to clean it often. Just pour the grease, wipe excess, and put it away. Can recipe before next use. So much grease on there it's like a protective coating. Really gotta run it through the dishwasher or hand wash with hot water to get it all off. Not worth the time if you use it a few times a week. I dishwasher it every 3 or 4 uses, but use it almost every day.

Title: Bacon rack
Review: I was cookin bacon in the oven and decided to try this product. The oven method used a lot of power. 400 degrees for about 30 mins. This microwave rack takes 6 to 11 minutes and a lot less electricity because of the time and the total wattage used. The crispy bacon is cooked the way I prefer it and it’s not as hard as fried in a pan. It’s similar to the oven method but a lot more cost effective as far as power useage!

Title: Its ok
Review: Our family loves bacon. And if you're reading this review then most likely yours does too. I was tired of pulling out a frying pan and making a mess on my cooktop. I tried 'baking' or 'broiling' my bacon and that just made a mess inside the oven (more effort to clean than the cooktop!) I remembered my mom cooking bacon in her microwave on a plate with lots of paper towels, and sure that works.. but the amount of waste is crazy! So I read the reviewed and gave this a try. Its ok.First, I tried regular bacon. I tried thick cut bacon and my results were pretty much the same. You drape the bacon slices over these bars and cover with a paper towel. Then you guess how long to cook it for. (I know, microwaves vary) The grease still kind of gets everywhere inside the micro. The bacon ends up folded in half (which is fine if you dont mind half sized pieces). I found that most times the two ends of each slice would somehow end up touching when it cooked and they meld together. I also found that in addition to the regular grease that I expected, there was little bacon flakes that would end up in the base of the cooking tray. I thought maybe the bacon I was cooking was cheap, and that was some sort of smoke flavor? but nope. I tried expensive bacon and still ended up with these little bacon flakes in the base.Havent tried any of the other microwave types so hard to say if they all function like this. for now I would say this is 'ok'.

Review: I have only been able to cook 6 pieces of bacon at a time, so feel the photo is a bit misleading. However, once you figure out the perfect cooking time for your preference, it is great for adding bacon to any quick meal. East to use and easy to clean. Great for a quick addition to your meal. Would recommend.

Review: I like this item a lot. I bought one for my kiddos in college, who rent rooms closer to their school and can only have a mini frig and microwave. This item works amazing for what they need.
