Title: No more mystery crap in microwave bags!!
Review: My husband loves his Whirly Pop ... and it does make good popcorn ... but it requires you to stand over the stove and spin the handle. It works great for him because he will eat that popcorn for DAYS, no matter how stale it gets.Me? I'd rather have a much smaller servings that are hot and fresh ... but I really don't like the bags of microwave popcorn that you can buy in the grocery store. The fat in them never tastes fresh, and it's impossible to pop all of the kernels.My new microwave popper solves that problem. I can use fresh kernels and real butter ... and make myself a nice bowl for a snack. The lid measures out the kernels, AND melts your butter for you as your corn pops!It's quick! It's easy. And it cleans up in the dishwasher. What more do you need? 😁

It gets the job done, though, and the popcorn tastes decent. The butter dripper on top is a clever idea, but oh boy, the cleanup is a chore. You pretty much have to wash this thing out after every single use, which isn’t ideal if you’re trying to make popcorn for more than one person.Sure, you could just keep popping multiple batches without cleaning, but let’s be honest, that’s probably not going to taste great with all the leftover gunk building up. Bottom line: it works, but be ready for some extra scrubbing!

Title: Best Microwave Cookware I Own!
Review: Just bought a new microwave and decided to treat us to one of these poppers! Best thing ever……it is easy to clean in the dishwasher - both container and lid. The plastic handle makes it safe to hold after it comes out of the microwave, but have a potholder on hand just in case! The glass is very hot!! This is even better tasting than the microwave popcorn bags or air poppers. If you like it with butter, the butter melts right from the lid down into the popper so there is no clean-up mess in the microwave! The butter also disperses really well so popcorn is lightly buttered without any soggy patches of popcorn. Have done 2 batches and no burnt popcorn along with very few “old maid” kernels in the bottom. Good directions and suggestions included with this purchase. Easy cleanup with placing the lid and container in the dishwasher (top rack). Will be purchasing these in different colors as Christmas gifts for family!!

Title: Works, but….
Review: So…I bought the larger model of this popper. Instructions say to add 2 capfuls of popcorn and let it go until most of the popping dies down. It ran for 3m 20s before I stopped it.The corn that had popped first was burnt.One cap would do fine, two caps just takes too long and that’s why I give it a 3. Had I known this would be the result, I would have saved a few bucks and bought the smaller one. As it is, I’ll be popping less despite the larger capacity so it isn’t burnt.The butter on the top, melting over the popping corn is ingenius by concept…less so in actual use. The butter melts quickly and ends up in the pot before much corn has popped. Some pieces benefitted but not as many as one would hope.The handle was cool to the touch coming out of the microwave and the popcorn poured right out into my bowl. Better than 3/4ths of the corn was popped (more than even a bag). I used a brand new jar of Orville Redenbacher’s to test.

Title: Fun for evening popcorn
Review: I'm not a fan of microwave popcorn because of the cost and chemicals. This allows me to pop the corn without any chemicals other than butter and salt. My microwave required 4 minutes from start to stop. I also add a small bit of butter to the container to help with the popping. The popcorn tastes great and no greasy hands afterwards. Easy to clean. I was worried the handle would be hot after popping, but I could easily hold it to pour the popcorn into a bowl after popping.

Review: Além de ser linda, funciona muito bem. Coloquei a medida de milho pela tampa, adicionei 1/2 Col de sopa de óleo (parece que não precisa, mas eu acho que sem nada fica sem gosto) e coloquei o modo pipoca do micro. Ele configurou 2:20min e estou tudinho e não queimou. A quantidade que faz é pra uma pessoa, mas é rapidinho, só fazer mais de uma vez. Enfim, amei!kk
