Title: Beautiful set!
Review: I bought this because I wanted to convert to ceramic and move away from PFAS with a young daughter in the house. I have always tried to buy Calphalon, but tried to find the cheaper versions at TJ Maxx, etc. I was blown away with the quality of this set and how quickly it boiled water compared to my old pan, which was not Calphalon. The handles do not get hot and clean up is a breeze. Love the beautiful gray-green color. I love the fact that they come with 2 potholders that you can also use to put in between the frying pans to keep them from scratching each other. I turned one of the pots on its side in the picture so you could see how beautiful the color is. Will update the post if they do not hold up with use over time but so far I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and feel it is a very good value for the money.

Title: Totally non-stick
Review: I have an older non-stick frying pan and it isn’t as non-stick as these. I had no pots and pan lids and that was a major factor in buying a set with lids. I thoroughly researched many different brands and finally decided on these. They are a great value for the money and are incredibly easy to clean. They seem to be of very good quality. I am quite pleased.

Review: These are very nice. I’m so happy with my purchase. They are quality, nonstick, look great and heavy.The only reason I didn’t get five stars is because the handles get very hot. Definitely make sure to pick them up with a hand towel or the Silicone handle covers.

Title: So relieved
Review: This cookware is not all that expensive and I read some poor reviews but ordered anyway. The only downside is they recommend hand washing. I have used them almost daily and am very pleased. They heat up quickly, are lightweight, nice looking and easy to use. Clean up is a snap.

Title: Nice set and pretty muted sage color.
Review: I really like these and they are light weight as others have said. There is a nice variety in this set. To the manufacturer, I would suggest that you wrap the lid handles and stock pot handles with silicone. They do get hot despite the claim that they don’t. The fry pans are a bit shallow, so if you are cooking a lot in them, it will spill over if you’re not careful. Overall a very pretty set and I am happy with my purchase.

Title: Incredibly Nice Set of Pots and Pans
Review: This set of 6 pots and pans with lids is very nice quality - exactly what I expected from Calphalon. First, the cookware is substantial and has very thick bottoms for even heating, and large metal handles for ease of hanging on to and sturdiness with flipping the items in the skillets. These handles are not going to unscrew themselves over time and require maintenance. They are riveted on very strongly to the sides of the pots and pans. The lids are all glass with metal handles and have steam holes on the deep sides of the lids in case you need to vent your pot. The sizes the pots come in are very convenient, though I did find the largest pot to be a bit on the short-walled side. But I can use it as a really big saucepan, and something else for bigger soups and batches of chili. The non-stick coating works like a dream and I had no problem frying up a block of tofu one day, or a sticky parmesan- coated pasta the next. The surface is slick and fries very nicely. The color of the set is a lovely green/grey that looks great in my kitchen and is scratch-proof (only time will tell there). There is only one drawback to this set of cookware, and that is hot very hot the handles get. You cannot touch them due to the conductivity of the high heat to the metal handles. There were 2 silicone trivets/pot holders included with the set and I'm guessing it's because Calphalon knows just how hot as blazes their handles get. I'm happy to use the potholders/handle holders because this set is above average in its performance. The instructions also recommend that the items be hand-washed, and I'm a bit worried about what will happen to the non-stick coating if I put them in the hot dishwasher, so I'll try to keep them out of there. But sometimes you just need to feel like a kitchen item is sanitized or you don't have the time or energy to hand wash. We'll see. Overall, this cookware set is really well put together, very sturdily built, and performs excellently on the stove and under the broiler. I'm very impressed!
