Review: The camera is easy to install, set up, and use. Including the SD card is a nice feature. Picture quality is very good, and using the app to access the recordings and settings is convenient.I had to reach out to support with a question, and they were fast to respond and followed up to ensure the issue was resolved and I was happy with the camera. Much better quality and service than the previous camera that I had to replace.

Review: I received the camera a little over a week ago. I installed it immediately. Installation was very easy. Running cables was a breeze. Starting up camera and recording was self explanatory. The video quality is very nice. Haven’t used at night time yet. The card that comes with it works fine but fills up fast. Only saves about 3 days worth before it starts looping over oldest videos. Which is really fine for me. I would know immediately if I need to save a video I think.It only has a couple of drawbacks. 1. Does not save to a cloud. It doesn’t advertise that it does either tho. 2. It doesn’t automatically connect to the WiFi of my phone. U have to physically push buttons to connect it every time you start your car. But you don’t need to connect it to your phone really unless you’re downloading videos or watching live video on your phone. 3. This issue is probably my only real concern. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The download time when it is connected to my phone is absolutely insane. Very slow. To download a few videos to my phone it takes about 15 minutes. Can’t imagine sitting in my car for 15 minutes whenever I want to download. I have not hardwired my camera yet so maybe it will download when car is turned off. I’ll find out eventually.Otherwise I do love this camera. The 3 channels is great (front, rear, inside). The video’s automatically place the GPS map of your drive with it. That’s nice. I love the features the camera offers and the quality of the recordings. I’ll continue to use and write another review after a few months.

Title: Update, one works, the other is garbage
Review: I purchased 2 of these in February, one for my wife’s can and one for mine. I purchased the Samsung evo cards that are tagged by Amazon as purchased together. I constantly get the SD card error message. I have to format the card about every 5 minutes to get it to work. I have tried 4 different SD cards in both of these. I have paid more for SD cards than I did for the cameras and it still has this same issue. I’m done throwing money at these and done buying SD cards, I’m going to get rid of these and get dash cameras that work.Update:I received some of their branded cards and installed it, and it works great now.Update 2:I ordered 2 of these and both had the same issue with the SD card error message Support sent me one of their branded SD cards and I installed it and it did fix the first one. a week later they sent me another SD card for my second Dash Cam, and it worked for about 3-4 days, and now having the same issue with the SD card speed error message. I need to purchase another dash cam for another car and I was hoping it would be the same one, but at this point, I will be replacing this camera and buying a different one for the new car also.

Review: I am so glad I stumbled on this dashcam, and I must say it has truly exceeded my expectations, having 3 cameras packed into one device offers everything I could ever want in a dashcam.I must emphasize, this name brand truly begins its product innovation with its excellent presentation – the packaging. The entire unpacking experience and product layout and design exceeded all my expectations – it surely does say a lot about how proud this brand is, paying attention to every detail, sleek and compact design especially all the engineering that went into the production of this product.After reading the written user manual, setting up this cam was a breeze! I needed to download and installed its app from Google Play onto my Galaxy mobile phone. As I always do, I also checked if the manufacturer had released a firmware update. I compared it with the one it arrived with; sure enough, there was one update. I followed the updating procedure after watching the manufacturer’s online video on ‘how to…’, the whole firmware update was painless and quick - no glitches whatsoever.In my opinion, the video quality of this dashcam is outstanding, I noted a crystal-clear video quality in comparison to a different brand that I have been using in the past. This cam captured every detail with superb clarity. It could clearly view license plates and traffic lights – the colour reproduction was vibrant even during low-light environments.I quickly was able to connect to my mobile phone via its built-in Wi-Fi with a single click on the (M) button, this allowed me to easily access and manipulate the camera settings, and manage my video and photo recordings through the mobile app which I had already installed earlier. One important thing, from my experience, I had to make sure to disable (or create an exception only for these kinds of mobile apps) the ad blocker on my mobile phone, just for this app, otherwise, I would not be able to successfully achieve the Wi-Fi connection between the dash cam and my mobile phone.PS I am always glad when the manufacturer stands behind its product, offering regular firmware updates to enhance performance and add new features, ensuring that the dash cam remains up to date, this brand/dash cam is no exception.
