Title: Surprisingly Good!
Review: I typically prefer reference books, which is the category I place cookbooks in, to be hard copy. I decided to try this in kindle for 2 reasons. It was free and my daughter has been on an omelet binge and I thought it might be good for her. I am so glad I did! There is no fluff in this book. It is packed with creative delicious recipes using natural food ingredients and multiple cooking techniques. If your cooking options are limited you will find a way to use them in this book. If you are limited to just a burner or just a microwave or just an oven or just whatever, this book is for you.I was equally surprised by the variety of recipes and how many actually appealed to me. In a typical cookbook I never find more than 10% of the recipes worth trying. This book is the reverse; less than 10% of the recipes would be rejected without trying. This is high praise from me. I have collected cookbooks for years and I love to cook. I can produce recipes out of my head using whatever is available and people think the outcome is wonderful. In short, whoever you are and whatever your cooking constraints may be, I believe you will find something pleasing in this book....unless you're allergic to eggs, then by all means pass it by!

Title: Amazing Omelet Recipes
Review: I am ready to try these recipes. Many, many ideas to try, from simple ham and cheese ones to crab ones.Recipes change around on serving sizes which let you choose for your needs. While at the same time you could easily adjust them. The graph table on the nutrition page is easy to use and understand. My least favorite thing about this book is the first part on "How to Make an Omelet". It gave a recipe for an oven omelet. How about hints and how to on a regular skillet omelet?

Title: Unique set of omelet recipes
Review: I donât know exactly what I was expecting to get from this omelet recipe book. To me an omelet is well just an omelet - eggs with some peppers or onions and sausage. This book, however, is full of unique and thinking outside of the box type of recipes. Some are a bit too outlandish for me, regardless there are still many I enjoyed and would have never thought of on my own.

Review: Great recipes. Never knew all that stuff lying in the fridge could be utilized in making the eggs so so delicious. I mean who would have thought of eating a bland tasteless but very useful spinach in such a tasty way. I wish it had more pics or may be the book has I have the kindle edition.

Review: The cover is nice but that was it.The recipes themselves are ridiculous! Velveeta omelet?? Yikes (do they still sell that awful excuse for cheese)Garden omelet with chunks of ham in it. (vegetarians beware)A basic omelet that is baked in the oven?? (duh...can you spell frittata?)Don't waste your time. Not worth any $$$.ð
