Q1:Why the solar panel fails to reach 100W rated power output in actual useage?

Below are the factors that may affect the actual power output: Sunlight Intensity, Panel Surface Temperature, Sunlight Exposure Angle and Other Interferents like tree/cloud shadows, foreign objects, dusts or other sticky substances. Please try to test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

Q2:Is the solar panel waterproof and how to keep the panel surface clean?

Yes, the solar panel is IP65 water-resistant that will protect from water splashing. Do not place it under the rain, or to soak in water for a long time.(Note: The junction box is not waterproof, please keep it dry)

Please use a dampened soft cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module, and remove all dust or other adhesives as soon as possible to avoid performance degradation.

Q3:How to kow whether the solar panel is compatible with my devices before purchase?

Luvknit 100W solar panel supports USB-A and USB-C fast charging, the output can power most 5V mobile devices, like phones, ipad, airpod, power bank, usb fan and some 12V or 15V devices. As to the 18V DC output, pls make sure the voltage range of your devices include 18 Voltage. We recommend you choose our 100W solar panels to recharge your portable power station or solar generator for better charging results.

Title: Impressive performance so far, with one notable issue *UPDATE- USB Failure! Great SELLER Service.
Review: I do mobile live streams in the field. First trip out with my Jackery Explorer 240, I had a laptop, camcorder, and cell phone on it. After 7 hours it was at 28% remaining. Good enough, but also bad enough that I knew I needed something to augment the Jackery or be limited in the amount of time I could stream. So I got this panel.Second trip (full sun all day), I had the 240 powering the laptop and camcorder, but also added a laptop cooling pad and an external fan. The solar panel was feeding the 240, as well as an additional cell phone and additional external fan directly connected to it. The 240 remained between 99% and 100% all day. The panel also ran the directly attached devices without issue as well. When the 240 was using input from the panel to charge, it reported 60w input (which is the max it takes from the wall wart as well).In other words, the panel easily fed all the devices attached and did so for the duration of the 7 hour live stream, even as the sun began to wane in the evening. I do not need to charge the 240 before my next trip now as a result; it's already at 99%.The issue I found was with the stands. There are just seemingly fabric-wrapped carboard (or some other flimsy material) legs that are fine, unless there is a hint of wind. 5 minutes after I set up the panel, a 10 MPH gust knocked it down. I had to add some weights to the legs to keep it standing. Other than that, the panel is great and I'm really glad I got it.All I lack for a full review at this point is time. If it holds up, I'll probably add the 5th star despite the poor leg design. That's easy enough to work around, except it adds one more component you'd need for reliable use. But as far as performance goes, it's outstanding for me.*Edit- third and fourth trips out with this, in the same usage scenario as the second trip, only these times there was full, heavy cloud cover the entire time. Even with zero direct sunlight, the panel kept everything running and the power station was kept at full charge throughout the 8 hour day, with the panel still delivering 60w to the power station when needed. Very impressed with the power generation despite not being exposed to direct sunlight. Solid buy, no doubt.**EDIT #2- The panel itself continues to perform very well; however, the USB 3.0 port has broken. The plastic connector inside it has snapped off, rendering it totally useless. So now, I have only the USB-C port available. The seller told me Amazon customer care would send a replacement, but Amazon refused. The seller then sent me a new one directly. Huge props to them.

Title: Good output and and fantastic design
Review: I bought this panel after having issues with poor output from another solar panel here on Amazon. This panel has a number of really nice features - it is lightweight while not feeling flimsy, has a kickstand to better face the sun, the cord and a built-in USB-A/USB-C plug with indicator LED are stored in a built-in waterproof zipper compartment in the back. It came with a number of converter jacks, but the stock jack works with my solar generator, so I haven't had to use them. I have been able to measure output in the 4-5 Amp range on a normal sunny day. I would highly recommend this panel to anyone looking for a nice sturdy travel panel at a good price.

Review: So far this has worked great. I wish I had not gotten a multi-adapter style connector but pros and cons for sure. I was pulling good charge in sunlight and even sustaining battery in low lights. We'll see how durable it is in the back country!

Title: much better than Jackery brand solar panel!
Review: I've had my Jackery 1000 for several years and have been less than pleased with its performance. It was SLOW to charge and didn't keep a charge for long. It took several days of full sun to get even a 50% charge which was dissipated within a week even without using it. Needless to say I used it less and less frequently since lugging the panel & battery around chasing the sun was a pain. I even left the whole thing out in the front yard for several days hoping it would get stolen so I didn't have to dispose of it "properly". No such luck. I decided to give it one last chance and ordered this new solar panel. WOW!!! what a difference. The long cord makes chasing the sun much easier since I don't have to also move the heavy battery. The panel is not floppy like the Jackery, so it stands up better. It may be the same weight, but because it is more rigid it is much easier to move and set up. But BEST of all - it actually charges the battery BDQ!!! It seems to always be charging at 75% to 90% - something the Jackery panel never, ever did. In fact, attaining 50% was a cause for celebration although it wouldn't last long since that darn sun just keeps moving. Anyway, with this panel the battery can be fully charged in a matter of hrs instead of days.

Review: It came promptly, professionally packaged and wrapped. The User Manual provided clear instructions and illustrations. The connecting cable to the power port is more solid than competing 100 watt Solar Panels that I have. When connection was made I received 70 Watts and made adjustments. Well worth the price.
